Chili Factory — Restaurant in Gallup

DO NOT WASTE your Valuable Time here! One evening I placed a call WELL BEFORE closing time to place a pick up order. They would ignore my call OR they would answer but put the phone down as they conducted business and then hung up on me like I wasn't even on the line. So I decided to go and place an in-person order 20mins before they were closing & I saw the sign posted on the door "Call or Just Come In", I went to go in and the door was locked. So I ended up calling again to see if I could go in to place an in-person order... they would not pick up my call yet again. In the end I just left as they were only letting certain people in and IGNORING our business. I am NEVER going there again. Nedless to say we took our busi ess to La Baraccas west of this place - THEY were ACTIVELY CLOSED ... BUT they STILL gave us the food we needed...

I use to love getting the chili cheese fries from the chili factory but as of recently it has been horrible....everytime I go in there they get my order wrong!!it gets annoying having to call once for the order and then again to complain because they didn't get the order right after I order there alot!!!i thought I would change up the order and try the combination plate and another disappointment!!!there is no taste to it at all and the sopas get smaller abd smaller..what happened to the lady that ran the register in the front at least then she makes sure it's made right!!!! I don't recommend this...

Absolutely awesome. I had the chili relleno with green chili and it was amazing. Fantastic cheese on the inside crisp outside and the green chili was hot - but not ridiculously hot. The fry bread was out of this world. My wife had cheese enchilada and it was fantastic as well. The lady who runs the place was extra nice and even hooked us up with extra sopapilla. The restaurant itself is very clean and everyone was wearing masks and following covid-19 protocol, including fellow customers. I highly...
