Not the best place to get a manicure! I expected a quick manicure but it was a disaster! My 12 year old niece could've done a better job. The lady started off good but the way she put on the polish was like it was cake on and she missed the whole side of my nails. I told her and showed her. She was like I can fix that and put more polish on it but it was all uneven and it didn't look nice. I told her to take the polish off and I would just do clear polish. She takes the polish off and puts clear polish on but it had all the fuzz from the cotton she used on the ends of my nails. She tried to take it off and end up messing up the polish job again. She takes the polish off again using different cotton pads and puts clear polish on again. I had a manicure and pedicure appt but canceled the pedicure. I had enough at that point. She charged $20 and I still paid. Not worth my time or payment. Very disappointed in this place!! I gave 2 stars because the atmosphere was nice and the lady was nice too. I told the facialist that I had rosacea but she didn't know anything about it and as a result my skin got burned and there was no apology. I'm using cortisone cooling gel and aloe vera to diminish all the inflammation. It will take a few days to recover. She didn't know anything about the other services that were listed on their website such as micro-neediling, cavitation, or the plasma pen. She said I must have looked at the wrong website which is not true. The message therapist forgot to heat up the stones and blamed it on someone else but there was only one hairststylist and the facialist and they don't have anything to do with heating the stones. Booked a haircut and massage on a weekday back to back here, and it was amazing! Mitzy did my hair and was able to recreate a tailored cut that gave my face shape some depth and dimension. I cannot recall the massage therapist’s name but she was able to knead out problem areas I didn’t even know I had! This was super beneficial for me as I currently work in a health care setting where I am on my feet half the time and work 12 hour shifts!
