12-2023 Miller and Anthony are a great team. They are very friendly & informative. Lot A is very close to the port terminal. The whole experience was easy, booking online and locating the lot, take your QR code, the attendant will scan it for your entrance into the lot. Leave the ticket in your cup holder you will need it when you return to exit. Exiting the parking lot you need to turn left out of the parking lot. The cars come flying by and it’s difficult to see and this is very dangerous. There are mirrors but they didn’t help much. It would be very helpful to have a person directing traffic...

I'm very thankful and appreciate of the staff and owner for caring for our Truck. Also I accidentally forgot my bag after taking it out of our truck sitting on the ground in the parking lot. I thought it was lost or missing on the cruise. To my surprised my bag was the first thing I seen when I arrived at my truck sitting in the same place I left it, untouched and unopened. All my items was still there after being there for 4 straight days. Thank God and I thank each of your staff members for keeping our belongings and vehicles safe. I truly recommend this parking...

My niece lost her keys on the Breeze today and the workers at Lot A were so kind. Taylor Scott the lot supervisor went above and beyond to help. He was a God send. I can not thank him enough for his help. He made sure we were safe and kept checking in with us. We were stranded for a total of eight hours in the heat. He made sure we had water and stayed hydrated. He even stayed beyond his shift until we were able to get a locksmith to make a duplicate key.
