I wish I could give this company ten stars! We live two states away from our vacation house that needed the whole flooring replaced. It became urgent when a piece of the subfloor gave way, so I called around to get some quotes. This is a small family-owned business franchise, their quote was super great and the people I spoke with on the phone were quite nice. We went with them and I am writing my first Google review ever because they were so extra great! The installation is beautiful! All the workmanship (special mention for the tricky parts around the corners, threshold, and vents) is perfect. The quarter-round trim is perfect. Everything about the floor is absolutely perfect. They had to move and replace all our furniture and appliances, as well, to do the work. Everything is back in the right place and impressively reassembled. They sent pictures as soon as it was completed. It all looked great in the pictures, but then when I got to the house a couple of weeks after the work, I just wanted to hug the whole family. It’s so beautiful and so well-done. When you’re out-of-town, big improvements are so risky to arrange and difficult to manage. We used Floor Coverings International for luxury vinyl at my fathers home. Mike set us up immediately to have a consultant come to our home. Jeff came to my dads home and they have a mobile show room with thousands of samples for use to choose from. My dad was originally set on one color but once we put the sample down next to his cabinets and furniture, it was not the look he was going for. After deciding on another color, Jeff advised they had bigger pieces at the office that he would have brought over to make sure it was the look that my dad was looking for.
