Little World Kid Playground & Games — Attraction in Garden Grove

Great and fun place for your kids and the manager and staff do their best to make sure you’re happy. The manager took our food order days early and prepared ahead of time. She also recommended which pizza to get like their sausage pizza was delicious. We went here for my son’s 4th bday on April 5 but there was a misunderstanding from before we booked because the other girl told us that we have the painting/art space too right outside the room but on the day off they said that the it will be for the previous party before us which was kind of disappointing because that’s the main reason we book this place because we have a lot of guest. We felt rush setting up for our party and felt rush also after the two hours so we had our guest started saving sits outside the room and painting/art space. We thought that we would just moved to the painting space after the room but they said that it will belong to the party after us.. again whole misunderstanding. All in all, we all had fun and the manager did her best to make sure we were served and got what we need. The place is clean and the staffs are all helpful. I would definitely recommend this place just make sure you communicate well with the staff with the space you need. Will bring my kids and friends back again here! We came back here again to check lost and found for my mom’s lost black shoulder wallet/purse and we saw the same manager, she was helpful even if they didn’t find it, she said that they have our number and will definitely call us if my mom’s bag turns up. ...

I had my sons 4th bday here, and it all started great. After checking out other location, we decided to come here because we would have the room for 2 hours and then after we would have the outside sitting area for our guest. We'll, funny how it changed on the day of the event that we were told because the next party had a bigger party we would no longer have the outside area. We were upset because why didn't they tell us this before hand. We spoke with the manager and she swears they didn't know until the Friday when they confirmed which I get it, but why wouldn't anyone let us know Saturday morning when we were bringing our stuff in. These people decided to tell us right when our time started, like too bad, sucks for you. We got your money, haha. The service was ok, nothing special, and because we didn't have the outside area, our time felt rushed. Especially when we were trying to find out why we weren't told. The repeated excuse from the manager was, " we are doing the best we can." For a $1,076 event, I guess that was their way of telling us tough shit. One thing is for sure, we will never have a birthday party here again. We had people asking us for this location info to book their event, and we told them what happened with ours and warm them too. I'm sure they will not be booking here either. You can't tell a customer all these great details and then not deliver on the day...

Horrible place! Staff are teen girls and very rude. There is a sign to spin slowly on the circle where kids sit on a balloon looking thing and go around, well kids have been hitting other kids because they spin the thing super fast lots were hitting me because they were getting out of the circle and the staff never once told the kids they can’t spin it fast. The place was packed and there was no other place to sit. I told the girls who is the one that tells them to slow it down and one of the girls says with a tone “they don’t listen” instead of ok I will go talk to them that they have to spin slow. So I told her “oh they don’t listen well no wonder why because no one tells them anything, they have been hitting me and you all have been seeing them and don’t do anything about it. It was my first time there and already had a bad experience. I don’t recommend it there. Older kids push little the kids and some are very rough when they play it’s horrible. My daughter got punched on the stomach by another kid. Parents were not allowed on the play area and they still went in the play area even though there’s a big sign. People are rude in there.
