I was able to make a latte with the soy milk sold here. You are able to micro foam the milk, giving you that latte texture everyone looks for. Then I made a pan fried tofu dish with a honey sriracha sauce, it was so damn good. I topped this tofu on top of steamed rice, just pure perfection. First discovered Meiji from a friend and their soy products are as good as you can get in LA. Our favorites are the zaru and supreme tofus. I often eat the zaru tofu as a dessert (just add your favorite maple syrup)! It is hard to go back to regular supermarket tofu once you've had Meiji's tofu. I have not found another place that has the same flavor and texture.
