I hate this freaking Target and wish I can give a zero!! Terrible customer service! Always an issue with their drive up pick up. Tell me why it took an hour to get my order! Granted it's not their fault this happened but my phone died on the way there before I can hit the on my way and the phone charger cord I had wasn't the greatest. When I get there I do explain my phone died and I haven't hit the on my way, and asked if there any possible way to show my ID to get the order. She had no idea and said everything has to be done through the app, okay fine I understand that. So I'm waiting for my phone to charge which is not their fault not their fault. After several failed attempts to restart my phone I finally caved after 15 minutes decided to go inside and buy a new cord if I absolutely have to but wanted to ask the people inside if there was no other way to get my order. As I was walking up one of the employees that I guess was stalking the orders walked right up with me to the counter and put the cart to the side I thought maybe she'd check in but no just chose to ignore me. She I guess was working on the next orders and kept going back and forth but you could tell she was deliberately ignoring me. So I'm waiting and waiting and waiting she knows I'm there won't say anything to me, won't make any eye contact another person comes up both of us are waiting. I have no sense of time since my phone is still dead but it feels like a long time has passed but granted I am irritated and impatient so who knows. She goes to the back again and I hear her talking to someone then comes back out on the opposite side still behind a wall ignoring us. It's now a line of over 10 of us waiting to be help and she's ignoring all of it. Finally I called over granted it probably sounded like yelling cuz I'm beyond pissed at this point and asked if anyone else was working there that could help. Granted maybe assisting a customer's wasn't her job she's only obligated to fill the orders but if she sees over 10 people wouldn't be common sense to page whoever is supposed to be there that a large line has formed. So finally after calling her out she pages someone after rolling her eyes at me to say there's a line at the customer service, and walks right past me and says "someone will be right up". You couldn't have done that when you first saw people standing here! Finally after waiting again the person handling orders came. When I explained my phone was dead and asked if I could use my ID to pull up the order all she did was ask for my last name pulled it up went to go get my order no ID needed no proof that I am that order know nothing. Why couldn't the people outside do that? So finally I get my order go back to the car see what time it is I was in there over 40 minutes waiting to be helped!!!!!! Never going to this...
Read moreFirst of all , my husband and I had been shopping at this target Redondo Beach for a long time since they opened. Today , we had a bad experience the day we are feeling really good since it’s our day off. The old man worker gave us a hard time about paying on the self checkout telling us to go to the cash register because we have 17 items in our cart. He said it’s 10 items or less.( Yes , I totally understand sir ,but we’re paying separately.) We are paying and not stealing or running off like other people ,so you don’t have to give us a hard time if we have 17 times in our cart. He must be really bored he counted the stuff in our cart lol . We totally understand if there’s a line or people waiting however, there’s no one in line waiting it’s funny there’s 4 self checkout that is opened. It was just the 2 of us there . The worker has such a bad attitude like he hated his job. My husband and I were gonna pay separately he has 9 items and I have 8 items. We spent over $200 on this target. I don’t understand why he has to give us an attitude if we are spending our money here and supporting Target instead of supporting Walmart or online. TO TARGET MANAGERS: Please train your employees to be nicer to your customers and check your reviews . This has been the complaints of your customers. Customers are spending their money at your store ,customers are paying for your pay check Remember , if there's no customers you wouldn’t be opened. You will not Have a job. TO THE EMPLOYEES : Please treat your customers nicely. Be cordial.and have some respect. Be happy you have a job if you don’t want to be there quit and let others have your job. I’m Sure other people will be happy to take it. We your customers are paying for your paycheck. TO THE CUSTOMERS: Speak up when someone bullies you that’s the reason why some people can get away with it. Remember the stores and employees need us ,so they can stay open. Read moreI bought items online and went to pick up my package at the stores that had them in stock because I though it would be faster, more efficient, and there was a $10 off discount online if I bought items $40 or more. When I went to pick up my package, it took 7 minutes waiting because there was one clerk at the register. The clerk (Kathy) did not smile when i came to the register. When I gave her my information and she retrieved the item I purchased, I noticed that the quality of the purse looked used. The purse had a stain, so I asked if I can switch it with one I saw that did not look used. It was the exact same purse basically that I wanted to switch it with, same model, sale price, same style. The even switch should have been allowed since there would be no reduction in inventory. But Kathy said I couldn't do that and that she can cancel the order. I hesitantly agreed thinking I could just buy the newer looking purse that was at that Target. I realized that I couldn't get the $10 off discount that I got when I bought the purse online with another item that was being picked up at another Target that had the other item in stock. So Kathy basically canceled that shipment too when she canceled the bag. And when I asked if I tried ordering online again and choose the "Pick Up" option, and I bring the items up to the register, Patricia (another clerk) said that I couldn't do that. Kathy needs training with customer service and how to keep a sale. She basically canceled a sale rather than finding a way to keep a sale, so your company lost a sale because of her actions. Horrible customer service was the reason that Blockbuster went out of business, so your employees need to be trained better in how to give your customers a good experience that will want them to keep shopping at your stores.
