Walgreens — Attraction in Garfield Heights

My complaints with the pharmacies there the date was June 26th 2025 I had an appointment to get a shingles shot my appointment was at 2:30 so I got up there early so the girl told the pharmacist that I was there for the shot he tells her I have to wait a half an hour to an hour because he busy then why in the world do you have appointments if you not honoring it so I talked to the store manager and he said he got so many prescriptions how long does it take to give somebody a shot the manager taking up for the pharmacist I'm busy telling the manager explain it to me why do I have an appointment then he couldn't tell me. Very bad service in the pharmacy Department the manager also he couldn't explain to me what's appointments for then I don't understand it still don't understand what are appointments for if you not going to honor them I do it this way you respect me I respect you you disrespect me I will disrespect you. Also the pharmacist had to know to get smart I had to tell him to hush his mouth I wasn't talking to him I was talking to the manager not him so I told him no shut up that's what I told him then I kept stopping saying I'm not talking to you so don't talk to me rude as hell disrespectful you do not need appointments cuz you do...

Great staff that work there. Very friendly and nice. Sucks about the pharmacy where sometimes it may be open and sometimes not and you wouldn't know unless you came by and the wait to get someone to answer there takes a bit of time but I'm sure they are doing other stuff. But they have things some things cheaper with a Walgreens card but then other items you know are cheaper like milk at Walmart.

Also the photo center at Walgreens is a lot more money for prints then Walmart. If you can get prints at Walmart, do that and save some money but if you can't make the drive, Walgreens is your option, but Walmart does ship photos also.

Walgreens has a good deal on their pop with the 3 cases for 10.99 sometimes or 12.99 which you can't beat buying that for our film shoots and water from Sam's club rather then here. Also cards for birthdays and things people get them here and other places where they complain, "why is this card 5.99"? And you want to answer to everyone "Just go to the dollar store then"

But all n all its a Walgreens like everywhere else and all the others. Only difference is how the pharmacy works...

On November 23 2023 we got a propane exchange from the store on that day we notice the tank was defective today we went to the store to get a new tank but since we did not got a reciept they denied it but then the manager approved it we got another tank that was also defective tank appears full but nothing comes out and the store the manager said he cant do anything about to call corporate nothing was resolved either we dont got the reciept but i have the bank transaction on my account online and what am i suppossed to do with a deffective tank becouse they did not took it back i lost 25 dollars and had to deal with a very rude gentleman who treat me and my mother like we were criminals last time i am shooping on...
