Dmitry and his team at Deluxe Windows & Doors are absolutely incredible to work with. He’s fair, straightforward and honest during the sales process and his team works efficiently, are respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and do an amazing job. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Lastly, he charges a price that is fair for the marketplace.

We moved into a 100 year old house with 52 windows, at the time, only 4 of them opened (and were new), otherwise the rest were original single pane with half the sash weights and ropes missing and completely painted shut. This was terrible for energy efficiency and keeping heat in (or staying warm during the winter).

Over a period of a year, I reached out to several different contractors, in which I was literally quoted the cost of a down payment for a house in order to get the job done. Dmitry provided one of the best prices for double pane vinyl replacement windows.

When we finally locked the job in, we waited 4 - 5 weeks for the custom window orders to come through, we scheduled a date, and his team came in 3 days and replaced all 48 windows and inserted aluminum capping.

The salesman Dmitry was nice enough when he visited our home and he was punctual. I just needed one window so he told me he'd have to charge me $650 for the window because I'm only ordering one. He came in to look at our windows and told me that the windows I had previously bought were not as good quality as his and convinced me to buy a second window. Unfortunately, when you buy the second window, the price of the first doesn't go down, despite their insistence that the first window is priced high if it's your only purchase. When his window guys came to install the windows, I noticed they did not match the color of the house and had to accept white because Dmitry didn't look at the rest of the house to notice that all replaced windows are beige. After debate I had to accept the windows or leave Dmitry with my deposit which I was not willing to do. Additionally, the installers who came to install the windows told me that in fact the windows I purchased from another vendor were exactly the same quality so I didn't pay for a better window as Dmitry...

I’ve been researching companies to replace several double hung windows and a front entry door. The prices from some of these other companies are crazy! I stumbled upon Deluxe windows and door. I saw the reviews and decided to reach out. The prices quoted were super affordable. There’s no middle man, no sales pitch, no presentation about how amazing their windows have a special gas in it or how sound proof their entry doors are. Just plain honestly and transparency. We signed, paid our deposit. 3 weeks later the windows and door came with the team. Dmitry and his team did a stellar job. They replaced 5 windows and a front door within 4 hours! Fully sealed, new trim for my front door. I’m reading this review months later because I wanted to ensure the job was done well and there wasn’t corners cut that would reveal themselves when winter came.
