Churroland Cafe — Attraction in Garland

Pretty good churros but the staff forgot it was $1 (plain) and $1.50 (filled) churros on tuesdays, (regularly $1.99 plain and $2.49 filled) I was charged the regular price. I got 2 small horchata's which were $3.15 each, 2 plain churros, and 2 filled. The total should've been about $12 after tax but they charged me $ 17.38. I brought it to their attention and they said "the special is only for plain" (they overcharged me for plain too) but I was standing in front of their sign that said "Tuesday Churro Special $1 Plain and $1.50 Filled" . They refunded me $3.50. Math does not add up but I didn't want to continue complaining, just a shame that the one day of the week they have a churro special, the staff doesn't even remember they're having it. They also don't give receipts, I asked for one and was told they don't give them out. Good churros but just be aware of how much they are...

Came in Churroland around 2:30ish First off very clean and open atmosphere and customer service was nice and helpful, HOWEVER I mainly came here to try the churros I was craving I also got the Ferro rocher milkshake and a ice cream. They do take a while to make since it’s fresh and the reviews said the churros were very good but to my disappointment mine were burnt and did not taste authentic which was a bummer for me. The Ferro rocher milkshake was not as advertised in the pictures and they only had the large size which for trying it my first time I usually go w small in case I don’t like it but it wasn’t an option and it wasn’t to my tasting, the ice cream was very good though. Apparently they changed locations... but even on their website they still list the Main Street Garland location as the address of the store, and it still advertises as open at that location. Went out to see the place for the first time after hearing good things, and got caught in a flash flood, which was only made worse when we realized the location wasn't in operation. The only way to see that they had moved was to visit their Facebook page and scroll back several posts... they even list the Main Street address as their location still on Facebook! Absolutely ruined my day. DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN STREET LOCATION!...
