This had to hands down be the worst of the jack in the boxes in the entire area, and thats saying something. I dont usually give one star reviews but this place deserves it on every level. Theyre a pain to get into, the staff is bad, and most of the time the food looks like it got slapped together by a monkey. Its just a total mess. Ive given this place a few chances before, and now only go there if its on a delivery route. But of the last five times i have been there, four of them i had to go back because there were missing items on the ticket. This last time i had to place two separate orders for two different people. Ive made split ticket orders before and its never a problem anywhere else i go. However here the guy didnt even take my order he just told me to pull to the window after naming off a weird price, to place it. When i got to the window he seemed to have forgotten (in less than three minutes) that he had told me to do so and tried to have me pay for the car behind me and then seemed all over the place taking my orders. I managed to get through and pay for it and he told me to pull to the front to wait which is fair. He comes out to hand me my order, and almost 3/4 of the order is missing. I told him that and he asks to see my ticket even though he had to have seen my order on the screen and the fact he took it himself. He goes back in and comes back out with the bag that obviously had been already put together. But surprise surprise he left part of it off. Again. I had to go in and show him AGAIN what my ticket was and it was obvious it had been made because he pulled it off the order line where it had been sitting. And i took a peak at the screen, there wasnt any other similar orders on the screen. How you take an order and manage to screw it up three times is beyond me but for the love of all that is holy, pull that kid off the drive thru and maybe re train him because that was a huge waste of time and i shouldnt have to show someone the same ticket for the order twice in a row in less than two minutes because theyre that bad. Especially someone who took the order. Having worked drive thru and trained drive thru as well as customer service reps, i was appalled. And given that 4 out of 5 times they screw up an order or leave something off, i only go to this place when im forced to. But i hate it every time and would tell people its worth driving a couple extra miles to one of the other locations or just picking a different franchise because youre likely to get ripped off and have to make a few trips in and out and by that time you wouldve had your order elsewhere. Its not the cleanest location either. So theres really no upside to this place. They dont make the food particularly well or fresh, they have terrible service, and theres definitely better locations that are...
Read moreLets begin by if I could give 0 stars I would. I went thru the drive thru and was given my order and never paid attention to them not giving me a receipt nor my card back. Well when I realized it I immediately called and after a few tries someone answered I explained that I couldve left my card there and she said no that nothing was left behind. Second try I called and mentioned I’ve looked thru my bags and inside my car since I never got out of it and no receipt nor my card was found. Once again she how long ago did you come? I said no more than 20 minutes well she was able to locate my receipt but still no card. After about 30 minutes she contacted me saying a customer had found my card in the parking lot. Im confused at this point because I went thru the drive thru not the lobby but anywho I go back for my card and i ask for my receipt and was told the worker had left and they couldnt give me a receipt. So I ask for their store location number and guy says its 7 11 I think. So at this point im afraid they could’ve tooken a picture of my card and made all this up. Read moreI stopped at this location on Friday morning for the past two weeks, including today 5:10 am. Drive thru window is supposedly open 24 hours? I pull up to order and just sit there. NOBODY even acknowledged me being there. I even googled to double check the hours of operation while I sat there, So I pull around to the window to see if anybody is inside, nope! No sign of anybody other than the cars in the parking lot. I knock on the drive up window.....Nothing !! First time this happened I thought maybe something happened. Stuff happens sometimes! But this is the second Friday in a row that this has happened! Not sure what the issue is there, but it doesn’t matter I won’t go back to that location and considering that is the only convenient location in route to work I figure I’m done with Jack in the Box altogether.
