This little museum is an overlooked gem in the city of Garland"s downtown eating and entertainment area . The staff here is incredibly friendly and informative and able to tell you just about anything you want to know about the history of all that is the city of Garland. Volunteer Sarah guided us through everything & made us feel so welcome! This small museum is PACKED with cool stuff! The kids got to "use" a typewriter, rotary phones, & a telegraph. I was treated to beautiful bltakeaway booklets to walk some of the local cemetaries. The coolest part: today I heard a record on a hand cranked Victrola. It was a solid day. 👍🏼...

This is one of my favorite libraries in Texas! Landmark Museum has plenty of good selection of books and computers. They have a website where we can look up a book and reserved it. So when I come to this library, the book is already prepared and I can also use the checkout machine to borrow the book. Very convenient and quick. The staff and librarian are nice...
