Classic Custom Jewelry — Attraction in Garland

I’m so disheartened by my experience here, they seemed nice enough when I brought my ring in for an estimate on a repair the man there I thought at the time was kind enough to reshape the ring before putting it away for further review by the jeweler. When I called the next day to inquire a lady stated there were cracks that would have to be fixed as well as some other issues. Unfortunately I did not bring my ring in cracked - it was a result of him reshaping my ring. The quote was considerably higher than I anticipated and in the disappointment of not being able address my original concern I didn’t realize until I was driving home that this damage was not preexisting. I’m including photos of how the ring entered the shop and how i left with it. Though the lady may have had no knowledge of what took place when i dropped it off she suggested that perhaps I had dropped something heavy...

I came into this store because I googled "cheapest jewlwery appraisal" from the location I was at.. I called the number and spoke to the sweetest lady ever... she told me she could get me an appraisal done asap if I could get there in the next 30 min.. I was there in 10 minutes.. mind you every other appraisal store I called wanted two days to get my appraisal forms back.. they did it in two hours.. Bill Blunt did the appraisal along with the sweet lady I first spoke with and both were very knowledgeable and professional.. I would refer anybody to do business here without one single doubt.. there is 1 bad review from 1 person; shows you what type of person that is when the major gripe is "I didn't get a call." I didn't either, but that doesn't mean anything. take some initiative and call the store up.

these people are very professional, super-nice, old-school-sophisticated, and seem genuinely enthusiastic about their work. I feel as though I lucked-out finding this business to do the modifications our piece required. going forward, CCJ will be my 1st stop for anything...
