Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garland

Just went at 11/12/2020 4:20 pm on a Saturday - nobody in line in front of us, a medium sized order with little to no confusion. A quesadilla meal with no spicy jalapeno sauce, a solo chicken quesadilla unchanged, two grilled cheese burritos, a freeze, a five layer burrito with no sour cream, and a bean and cheese burrito. We get our food, we're missing a burrito, don't know if its the five layer or the bean and cheese because of the similar wrapping, they also don't give us our freeze, we inform them of these two missing items and they tell us we didn't order another burrito even though the person taking the order repeated no sour cream on the five layer burrito back to us. They made the freeze but it was 75% liquid when they handed it off to us. Asked for our receipt to verify that the five layer burrito didn't get marked on the order for some reason and they couldn't give it to us. We repaid for the five layer burrito anyways and went on our way, get back to the crib and low and behold - both quesadillas have spicy jalapeno sauce even though one is even marked as having no sauce on the package.

So for those of you counting along at home,

-A messed up quesadilla order -a missing burrito at the window that we ordered - and that the cashier verified we ordered at the speaker -had to ask for a freeze that we ordered and even then it was 75% liquid -person taking orders had his airpods in and during the whole debacle didn't say a word even though he knew what we ordered. -Couldn't get our own receipt because they "threw it away"

I thought having Taco Bell for a late night dinner was a great idea, boy was I wrong.

Not only was I missing all of the mild and hot sauces I ordered, the food was prepared awful. Clear instructions cannot be followed apparently. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito box, which featured one of their new Chicken Cantina tacos, the one with the veggies in it and a chalupa with the burrito of course. My chicken taco had absolutely no purple cabbage, and barely any chicken. As you can see in the picture, it was all sauce and lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese basically. My Chalupa had tomato I specifically asked them to take out, barely any meat and again full of lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Why are we being stingy on “meat” that’s not even real meat in the first place? I haven’t even gotten to the potato taco or the grilled cheese burrito yet, but I’m sure they will be incorrect as well. My iced coffee was watered down to the point it barely tasted like coffee. The only thing decent about this whole meal so far is the beans and chips, because how do you mess those up?

Two stars only because I did get all of my food items this time, and they did give me the one Avocado verde sauce that comes with my meal. However, my husband didn’t get any sauces with the meal he ordered but that was a whole...

I had to bring sanitizing wipes to clean the chairs and tables…. I Tried to do a mobile order at this Taco Bell and I don’t have internet on my phone so I was going to use the Wifi it says they have free wifi on the sign but it says “no internet connection “ when trying to connect so now I have to go somewhere to get wifi and mobile order then come back here lol . Idek if i want to come back anymore I should just eat at home this is an inconvenience. Free wifi sign on the building but it doesn’t work? Huh? They make thousands of dollars a day in revenue at the franchise locations and the corporations makes BILLIONS of dollars annually but they can’t afford to have the wifi work??????? Make it make sense. Where are the priorities? And also If Corporate is reading fix the Taco Bell App on iOS it doesn’t let me mobile order so I can’t even get TacoBell bc I only do mobile orders :( My TacoBell cravings come and go and I can’t even fulfill it because the app doesn’t work I have to use an android to...
