Took the grandchildren to eat pizza after an event today on 7/17/25 . I sat a different table and noticed an employee which turned out to be the manager. And as I figured out what was going on my grand daughter had put soda inside a water cup the manager was hollowing at my grand daughter no my granddaughter should have not put the soda in the water cup ( I payed for the drink )and a I addressed that that it was wrong to my granddaughter. This manager approach was all wrong to be in leadership at any place of business. After that I went to get more pasta and this is what I saw (see pictures ) and ask if this appearance acceptable and he said yes me seeing this nasty looking water . I decided I was done eating. So he the manager said they were cleaning up to close @9:05 when they close at 10:00pm and customers were still eating. I was on the phone and this manager walked over to me and ask if I was calling CiCi ‘s from my cell phone and by this time on talking to a family member. So my question to him was why was he asking me that, his reply was because I’m right here , now tell me does that not sound like someone looking for a reason to cause conflict with a customer .Simply because I addressed the dirty water on the steam table. when leaving going out of the door he was talking to the employees looking at me and my grandchildren laughing. So i ask if there was something he wanted to say to me , and he ask if there was something I wanted to say to him and again call himself shining in front of his employees teaching them it ok to go back and forth with a customer. I’m really concern that if this type of behavior of a grown person that suppose to be in management this business is in great trouble. You just down treat no one with disrespect when it comes to dealing with your customers. You can not tell me that if my husband was standing there at 6’3” I would have had this response. I say it was discrimination because I was female . This issue should be addressed before it gets out of control. The manager was a short bald guy he must be the owner because he sure don’t care about loosing or returning customers.

This place is great! I honestly hadn’t walked into a Cici’s in 20 years, but I work close to this one and I wanted to let my 3 kids (8, 6 and 2) try the grandeur that is all you care to eat pizza and desserts! It did not disappoint! I was welcomed at the door, I learned that 3 and under buffet only costs $1.99 (which is about the value of what little one ate haha!). So for the four of us it was under $30! We got there around 2:30pm for a hybrid lunch/dinner and I was surprised at how busy it was! Not packed but not empty. The selection of pies was great! I was worried that the food would not live up to my nostalgic memories and I would leave disappointed, but I can honestly say, that was not the case. The kids declared today “the best day ever” and are planning to come back on their birthdays! The ultimate compliment in my house!

My service was great today. I actually make the drive here, rather than go to the one in Rowlett which is right around the corner from me. The pizza here is SO good!! The manager gave us very generous servings of salad (during covid they have to make it for you.) The workers down the line gave us very generous servings of pasta as well. Anytime you wanted pizza someone was right there. Remember if there's something specific you want, just ask and they'll make it fresh for you!! I ordered half supreme half pepperoni jalapeno and OMG. The cheese just fell apart like beautiful magic! I felt like Selena when she was eating her pizza in the movie lol. Social distancing in the arcade but it is still open which I really appreciate as a parent. Will be back next week! Thank you guys for our dinner !!

I won't be coming back to this Cicis and I suggest you avoid it, horrible customer service recently, racist, rude, unprofessional, they'll lie straight to your face. The bald manager with the beard is a lier and rude and the girl working the register is rude constantly. They won't answer the phone to take orders, they turn off the phones and claim they aren't working. Lots of customers report the same problem. I finally had to confront them about it. I went once a week for the last 3 years but over the last year they refuse to answer the phone on Sunday afternoon so I can't place an order unless I do it in person. It wouldn't have been a big deal but when I asked the manager about it he said the phones were broken but today he admitted that they turn the phone volume down when it's busy. I've worked in food service so I understand what it's like to be busy but it's been a consistent problem for the last year. Today I called a few times to place an order (I couldn't place one online) and no one answered. When I went into the store to see if they were even open I called one more time while in the store to check and see if the phones were working. The phones worked fine but the volume was all the way down. When I was leaving, the manager came outside and got mad at me for calling from inside the store to test and see if the phones were broken like he claimed multiple times. I explained that I called multiple times to place an order and no one answered so I called while in the store to see if the phones had been fixed, the manger said they were broken over the last few months when I would ask, but today he finally admitted that they turn off the phones when they are busy. I asked if they were ever going to have the phones turned on and he said just place an order online. ( Unfortunately I can't place the order online). I've asked the manager a few times about it and he always says, just place the order online, but that's not always an option. He's rude and dismissive about the problem and It makes me very sad because during the pandemic the store was struggling but stayed open and had great customer service. I was happy to support the business during hard times but under the current management I refuse to support them any further. The food was good and it was one of the few bright spots in my week to go there. Like some of the other reviewers said, the weekend CSR staff is not good. And the current weekend manager is really someone that I don't want handling my...

my family I and stopped coming here a while back due to some rude employees, so I'm not sure why I stopped here this time. may be I was tired of hearing my stomach growl and it was relatively close and I wanted pizza but that is besides the point. the man that greeted us at the registered was friendly and they had some fresh pizza ready at the bar but the reason for the 3 stars is because once again the young, no customer service experienced staff working the bar were rude, impatient, and rather discuss whom is dating or having relations with whomever rather than focusing on the needs of the customer. their new system of the buzzer to alert you when a special order is done is not how I have come to experience it at other locations. first, the staff don't have it to where you can fill out the card yourself, hey do it, next the buzzer are burned as if someone placed it too closer to the over and melted it so I want sure it would work, but the main kicker is that I ordered a pizza that wasn't on the bar and I waited 20 minutes... I went back and asked if theybhad forgotten me only to see that the young man that supposedly wrote my order hadn't even turned it in to the cook. and then tried to play me for stupid by saying oh, that maybe the cook mistook the order for something to be on the bar... again the order is under his hand and he is looking at me dead in my face and LYING!!! Yep. my family and I will NOT come back here. I'll just take my...
