Bought flat screen 1k at Bush store They did match competitors price ..cool.. Picking it up myself drove vehicle around waiting for them to bring out Now they dont have one in stock ..but have one at another location parker and 75.. so I drive there now they say they cannot load it in my truck "cant lay it down" ..I'm by myself just need help loading in pickup ..say they can bring it out but WILL NOT HELP ME LOAD IT..!! really what the #$%... Was pretty upset after driving in rush hr traffic ....I ask for my money back And that I paid cash...they say they dont have that kind of money in the store and that I would have to go back to the Bush location..... when I got back to the original store the same salesman "Preston" was there and I explained it to him....he also new that I was by myself and I had a pick up I was going to transport it in ...I never got an apology In any form or fashion not even maybe an additional discount on a future purchase. Now I have spent 2 hrs on this adventure and probably 10 dollars on tolls ...i went to the competitor who's price they matched ..they helped me load it and had no problem...no stars if I could...BEST BUY YOU SUCK. Read moreWhoever set up our call ticket did so incorrectly. We purchased a TV in Dec. 2013, few months later the volume goes out randomly while changing a channel. JOE GREEN came out MAY 2014 to "FIX".
Was never fixed... replaced parts... fast forward 2 more months volume STILL doing this. We call again and give up hope it will ever be resolved. Now Dec 2015 we have a white flickering while watching our TV. Called Geek Squad they confirmed it's no longer under warranty but would be glad to come out and look since it was an issue never resolved. (ok that sounds great!) Man gets here and says this TV is out of warranty I can not order any parts for this TV or do anything without a 100$ service call fee, parts fee, and another 100$ to drive back out and install! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. He says the call ticket was set up incorrectly as a "follow up". He did make a slight effort to call 2 people... one being a manager neither was helpful. Neither cared about US as customers and "making it right". Seems like a bunch of lazy geeks! What happened to customer service and following through.
