Terrible customers service without their Manager.Call for togo order with combination of sausage and brisket (ask for marble cut)and extra 3 breads.When i came to pick up they showed me the order and i asked them if they can add extra $5 more for brisket (marble cut) on the top of what i just ordered and i did asked if they can give me some butter and pickle.5 minutes later she brought the ordered out for me and i paid $23 dollars.They charged me 0.35cent for each extra bread ,$5 extra for brisket (i asked for so iam happy to paid) .When i get in to my car ,i fell like i better check my order before i leave, SHOCKED me when i open my orded there are only 6 small peaces (include $5 extra )of DRY MEAT(there not event a brisket with marble cut)and only 1 small slice pickle with 3 small round of onion. I came back and told them will you check for me,this is not event a brisket ( not talked about the marble cut),they was mad at me for what i said.I told the guy(who cut the meat),and he said i already throw away so i can't check and this was brisket with Marble cut.He was mad at me and he walked away and somebody els have to take over his work.I know they are about to close when i came back,i saw they started clean up and put everything away ,they have to get me a new brisket they cut out from the big peace (this one maybe save to use for tomorrow i guess).You can told me ,we about to close and can't take your ordered,i rather you to tell me that then you gave me whatever left over ,COME ON GUYS,i am happy to say iam come here alot,iam a regular customer here, I don't know how to make "spring creek bbq" but i know how to eat" spring creek bbq". If i didnot promised my son to buy him food here tonight ,i would get my money...

We just visited today for lunch with our daughter and her husband. The staff was very friendly and courteous and anxious to meet our requests. There was a young lady serving freshly baked rolls that were incredible, and she stopped by frequently to ask if we needed any more. We had the chopped brisket sandwich and were asked if we preferred a leaner cut of meat, or something with more marbling. At a lot of places you get whatever they have on the cutting board, so this was nice. There is a great selection of other meats available along with ribs.

Our meal came with two vegetables. Between three of us we had potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and the fried okra. Everything was delicious, and the okra was cooked to order so it was fresh, and not that heavily breaded type served at some places. The potato salad was very creamy, and was flavored just right. Sara, one of the managers stopped by to check on us and then told us about their app for the phone. Signing up will get you a free cobbler, and we were able to redeem it immediately. We chose the pecan pie cobbler with a big scoop of Blue Bell ice cream on the side. (We chose it that way and they were glad to accommodate us.) Haley (forgive me if I mid-spelled your name) our cashier was very friendly to add ice to our re-fills and answer any questions.

I can't say enough good things about Spring Creek BBQ in Garland, TX! This place has consistently delivered quality food, and I can confidently say I've never had a bad meal here. My go-to orders usually include their smoked turkey and crispy French fries, both of which are always cooked to perfection and flavorful.

Even though I primarily order to-go, the atmosphere is made even better by the warm and friendly staff. Acacia, Jess, Sara, Megan, and Hayley always greet me with a smile and make me feel right at home, even during takeout. Their attentiveness and genuine care for customers truly enhance the experience.
