Manager Diana was very aggressive with me combative with my teen daughter. I asked her to let the table down so I can set up for my party that was arriving shortly. She helped everyone that were coming in after me, even though I was the first to arrive & booked/paid for my party last year. The set up ran into our party time so we really didn’t get use the table. Once she got done giving me the third degree we only had thirty minutes left to use the table & we had to rush everything. The birthday girl didn’t get to open her gifts. I asked for someone above her, and I was so shocked at her behavior and bad customer service. She told me that there was no one above her that I could talk to & she also gave me a false name. Her customer service was so bad I called another location to ask for the manager because I was just in disbelief that she could be the manager with an nasty attitude and aggressiveness like that & they gave me her real name! Planned a party online, paid for party. There was a conflict with our party time, so we called to change it. On our party day we found out they in fact did not change our time and had no room for us. The owner did refund the $70 table price since we did not have a table. Since it was the day of the party, we still went to play games, then went to CiCi's for cake and pizza. While the owner did refund the price, I am still disappointed in the situation, and unhappy I had to pay for kids and adults to eat off of the pizza buffet.

Update: After much investigation on the owner's part, there were 2 bookings under the same name, the wrong party was changed. This was an honest mistake and we've since moved forward. My child enjoyed his birthday and that's what matters. The owner worked diligently to...

Great place to come. Super affordable. Your money goes a long way here. My husband has taken our girls here a few times and they love it. Most recently, we booked my daughters 6th Birthday here. There’s no organized party host or anything. But for $69, you get a row of tables for two hours for up to 30 people. Then, for $2/band, you can purchase VIPbraceletts to giveaway to the attendees. This made a fantastic party favor. I gave one to each kid along with an empty bag to collect their ticket counter purchases. We probably spent another $80-$100 in nickels while there. My husband was the “nickel fairy” and went around making sure the kids could keep playing. It was great and still cheaper than many other kid party options.

The games are pretty high quality too. It’s just a fun place....
