La Familia Family Furniture — Attraction in Garland

Worst place ever!!!! There are many other places with great prices and better customer service!!! I had gone the day before to see some a sofa and love seat for a price of $989 and had a sign on the sofa. The lady said that was the price. The next day I went back and a young lady helped me and said that the price of $989 was the price for the sofa and love seat. when I was about to make the purchase an older lady came and said “the price was $1,100 I told you that!” She then continued asking who put that there!! And the young coworker said it had been herself and she responded rudely “ I didn’t put it there the kids come and move prices!” It is unbelievable that a kid will move a price and place it nicely in the middle of the sofa and if that was the case why didn’t they move it earlier? The price was there for two days!!!!

The price was not even an issue for me! For $100 I didn’t see what the big issue was to be so rude!!It was the fact that the lady gave a really bad attitude to me and even her coworkers. She could of said it in a professional way and I would have still gotten them! She seemed to be the manager, but had a horrible attitude towards her customers. And when I told her that she had a bad attitude she responded with “yeah that’s okay!”

Glad I was able to make my purchase somewhere else where I was treated with great customer service. But this place I would not recommend...

I went in and found what I wanted said they would call me back... never got a call back... so unprofessional so I went back and I kept getting the run arounds with this lady but still chose to give her my business and time and just choose something so simple and had in stock! Paid fully cash for it... so I come back to pick up WHAT I PAID FOR!! come to find out gave it to a lady who paid less than I did and she tried to give me a DAMAGED DISPLAY!!!! Like really?? She wasn’t even apologetic about the situation!!!! She didn’t care what so ever!!!! So I got my money back!!! Just horrible and terrible customer service she didn’t even bother to make it better if I could give it no stars I would!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone waste of time...

I've been buying furniture from this place since I moved to Dallas in 2010. Mrs. Wendy always answer all questions and don't charge overly high prices and her daughter also is always willing to assist anyway possible. I purchased my oversized couch and loveseat yesterday and the delivery guys beat me to the house lol. If your looking for good customer service and reasonable prices for furniture, I recommend this place for sure....
