No Bull Mattress & More — Attraction in Gastonia

My girlfriend, and I went down to No Bull Mattress today 8/22/2020. We were helped by the owner of the store Jeff. I told him how I found him. He told us if we wanted to buy anything today, and needed it delivered he would be able to so on Monday(which would have been perfectly acceptable) however, we told him we called earlier, and the individual we spoke with informed us they could deliver today. He immediately said "That's correct. I remember a customer calling eailer, so if you buy something today I can have it delivered by tonight" Jeff, did an outstanding job explaining everything he had, as well as the comparison of the other competition. I told him I wanted a mattress that slept cool, because I sleep extremely hot at night. He showed us two. One of which was similar too the mattress by "Purple" and the other similar to "Tempurpedic" both mattress were extremely cool too the touch. We tried both of them out, it was hard to decide, but ultimately I decided to go with the one similar to the mattress that "Purple" makes. I applied for the No Credit needed financing which was very simple, and I got approved. My payment was only $53.50, and I was able to come home with a mattress!! Jeff, had the mattress delivered within hour after we left the store. Only sad part is I have to wait 24hrs for the mattress to fully expand. So, after saying all that my experience today was absolutely outstanding!! Jeff was very knowledgeable, funny, honest, fair, and the best part absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy. I will definitely buy another mattress from No Bull Mattress!! Its extremely hard to find businesses like this one anymore in this day and age. I will definitely shop here again! I dreaded shopping for a new mattress set almost as much as I dread car-buying or a root canal. Mattress Warehouse of Gastonia couldn't have made it any easier for me. The prices are up-front, no hidden costs, no pressure. We made two trips to the store and both times were treated in a friendly manner with just enough interaction to answer any questions and lots of time for hubby and me to talk privately and test the mattresses. We were encouraged to shop around and he was confident we would be back. He was correct. Hands down the best staff, product and prices. They do have something for every price range. Delivery was very fast and prompt. Andrew was our deliveryman and he was so cordial and polite. He thanked us again and let us know that this was his family business and how much he appreciated our business. I recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a new bed or bedroom set. Terrible quality. I recently purchased a king sized mattress from here. The top cover part is not sewed down to the mattress, pulling away and bunching up in lumps on both sides of the bed. Unfortunately I couldnt get a replacement because I had already stained it. So there went 1,200 dollars down the drain, sucks huh... I have never seen a mattress in my life so terrible. Not sewed down and together on all parts. It literally can be tugged up almost a foot and a half. I have to post pictures as well. This was definitely my most disappointing and upsetting purchase maybe ever in my whole life. I guess that's what you get with a place that sells you the bed to make payments, but they don't tell you that the payment plan is interest free for the first few months but is set up to not be paid off that fast and will incur interests at a certain point which will leave you paying for the next few years and double the cost! Thankfully I always read the fine print because they didn't mention any of how the payment...
