My most recent cost was 3 days ago, and it was the first time I left with more then I had expected to buy. š I wish I could remember her name, but the girl who helped me asked if I wanted to buy a "disposable vape grab bag" which I had no idea they even had those. (I was going in for disposable vapes and had told her when she asked if I needed help,so she kindly offered) I thought what the hell I'll try one. š The concept is GREAT and I would recommend them to others but I do have one tiny request if its possible --- could there be non-menthol bags?? Maybe do "non menthol" "All menthol" and then a "mix". I personally can't smoke any thing menthol or "ice" (as the disposable vape refers to it) And my grab bag was literally all menthol except for one vape š I really don't want to sound ungrateful...and love the concept... But if you guys could please consider my idea... Cuz I'd really like to continue buying those bags...but I don't want to end up having to give what I pay for away because I can't smoke...

Bought a 235 dollar Firefly 2+ at 11am on my lunch break. Ready to use it when I got home at 430 only to find out the product did not work like it was suppose too. Flashing blue and red lights each time you tried to heat it up. Charged it for over 2 hours thinking it was dead. Not the issue. This is a factory defect and after digging deeper online the fireflyās are known for the exact issue I am having. Called and talked to Gabe he says we usually donāt return them but since he was a few hours ago if I had reciept they would refund or exchange.
Drove all the way back to be greeted by 3 little rude teenage girls who said they did know a gabe. I insisted on a manager so they call them and the woman comes back and says no. So am I suppose to just be out the 235 dollars because of a faulty product you sold.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to love the Gastonia store,but after my last few trips I've been really disappointed in both the lack of useful stock as well as the lack of helpful employees. Sunday 08/23/2020 I visited for the last time. The majority of staff was out in the car not minding the customers coming in to the store. The employees inside the store had no knowledge about products being asked about I had one employee go get another who was clueless about glass pieces and components. When the outside employees came in all they wanted to do was play and cut up. Look I get it. It's a smoke shop and there is a certain vibe of a smoke shop, this was not that vibe. This was don't know don't care vibe. So we vibed our way up to your big green competition and got exactly what we were looking for and then some. I suggest that anyone looking for a knowledgeable but yet fun welcoming smoke shop visit the green shop with the little religious figure...
