Beer Wine Liquor Superstore — Attraction in Gatlinburg

We were referred to this store by the super friendly staff at a local restaurant and bar while we were on vacation. There was an impressive selection and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

After starting a conversation with Stacie, she told me that they had a limited amount of spirits available for tasting. As I was trying to find something to give as a gift and was looking to find something that couldn't be obtained in my home town. she helped narrow down my tastings to the selections that met my criteria. I haven't had customer service like that when shopping for spirits in a long time.

I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Steve. He was a very personable guy and he shared some local history and color with me. It was a very enjoyable visit and I'm sure that I will visit this store again...

As a resident of Tennessee, on occasion, I love going out and doing tastings around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I always have an exceptional time doing this, but this was an experience that I will never forget. I have never been to this store, but this will be one I will always come back in. Being so welcoming and warm, it made the whole experience so much better. The best part, would be the employee, Kobe E. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had. I was able to get full knowledge and was able to get more than just a tasting, but an experience. I will always hope when I come back in I get Kobe. At first, I thought this store was going to be an excellent find. The first young man was very helpful. I asked about a specific whiskey and he informed me that I could sample it. Of course I took him up on this idea. Who wants to spend money on a new whiskey just to realize that it is not liked, not me. Shortly after a couple of samples, I continued to browse their great selection. Then out of nowhere, a tall, skinny, long haired dude appeared. His attitude was both obnoxious and condescending.
