Subway — Restaurant in Gatlinburg

This is the 3rd time, a Very rude,disrespectful,nasty attitude. Walked in at 9:32 pm on July 16th. A kid with purple hair made our sandwiches he asked what kind of meat and we asked for extra steak and he said “do you actually know how expensive that is?” He then asked me what kind of cheese I wanted and didn’t hear me then said “you probably heard what you thought you said in your mind I can only read minds of men”. He then moved to the veggie side and we said heavy ranch and he put so much ranch he squeezed the bottle and put half the bottle on the bread and said you ask for extra you get jello ranch and shook the sandwich showing that there was a mountain of ranch so much that it jiggled. He then asked what Else we wanted on the last 2 sandwiches and we said lettuce and tomato and he literally put 1 string of lettuce and 1 tomatoe and looked at me and said you didn’t say more than one so that’s what you get , so we had to ask for more and he told us not unless we said please . The sandwich had so much ranch that it was oozing out of the paper and made the bread so soggy and inedible. He told us he won’t make another one so we went to pay and I gave him some 1 dollar bills and he said I don’t want your stripper money so we didn’t cause a scene and decided to leave . We won’t be coming back to this subway everytime we come in he’s on night shift and he’s rude to us all and makes...

If I could leave 0 star I would I walk in and the young teenage boy was making the my sandwich , he was friendly but the worst thing happen .a fly landed ! On the meat of the salmi and touch the veggies !!! And I told them and I seen a net on the lettuce I told him don't want my sandwich no more !! And they try to swish the fly away !! And did not remove the meats and veggies the fly landed in ... And the lettuce It makes u think what else it landed on they didn't care ! And serve it to people that's sad and disgusting and poor service !! It takes ignorant growse workers and mangers to mess up a store . I never ever went back to and won't !! If u chose to go here request fresh food with the plastic over it ... People can sick from this so for those who will reduce that works at the Subway care about what you're feeding people.. You would not like a fly...

We were there for a Soccer Tournament this sat weekend and the manager had to have know there were several 50 teams there only less than ,2 miles from Pittman center Our Kids parents and coaches. Waited around 30 to ,40 minutes to even to start taking our groups orders because other schools were on front of us Why on Earth would You have young people serving The 2 did a great job under the situation I felt sorry for them The same one was fixing sandwiches and running cash register Why was you not better prepared When we finally left after almost 2 hrs other schools were still coming in and it was the same way for them again those two working had to be worn out but they did the best they couldBy the way this was on Friday I did hear there were 4on...
