Cherokee Charm - Elk Springs Resort — Attraction in Gatlinburg

We stayed in cherokee charm overall it was a good experience only bc attractions but a little overpriced for the accommodations. 1. Kitchen- Needs more cooking pots there is barelly any. 2. Kids bunker room downstairs- Heater does not work we nearly froze to death and the kids did too. No heater to reach downstairs and it was cold cold! We has snow that day and it was cold! They need to obtain with space heaters if cabin does not warm all the way to the bottom! We where really dissapointed bc sauna and theater room and kids room and a bathroom was downstairs! IT WAS COLD! We had everyone sleep in living room floor! 3. Upstairs master Bedroom/Bathroom- Bathroom sink does not drain you need to shut off faucet so it doesnt overflow and wait for it to drain. You could hear every word every laugh every step from the room downstairs and they could hear YOU! So it was not a master bedroom we could not have a conversation or private time without someone listening even whispering. My husband said they used only one layer of wood to cover the floor they didnt even use another layer that is why you could hear all the squaks in the WORLD and even downstairs could hear you. 4. Beds downstairs- Beds squeak sooo bad you move and you wake up your partner. 5. Bathroom Jacuzzi's both of the did not work but most of everything no water to fill them up! And also dirty to the max the inside where not washed properly we ended up not using them! Will not be staying again in that cabin hopefully they do updates to...

We absolutely loved this cabin! Very spacious and the open concept design was great. Walk-in to the living area with the kitchen and one of the spacious bedrooms with jacuzzi. The hot tub was a plus and we enjoyed it. The gas grill was right outside the kitchen so made grilling easier.
