This isn’t a standard dog park as there is a sizable wooded area for your dog to run and play. This is located in the large dog section only. If you aren’t very mobile you will find it difficult to get up and down the terrain to find your dog and/or keep after them. However, my dog loves this aspect and runs up and down the trails pretty much the whole time we are there (unless there is another dog distracting her and she wants to play).

There is a shaded area as you walk in and a larger open area beyond the wooded section. Plenty of benches for sitting and they aren’t all next to the smelly trash cans like the Sevierville dog park. Access to drinking water and poo bags. There seems to be a lot of bumblebees flying around. But I didn’t mind too much as they are fairly harmless but be careful about your dog trying to eat them.

The small dog park is VERY small and fairly uneventful if you ask me. But we never go in there because I have a larger dog (40lbs).

Getting to this dog park from Sevierville or Pigeon Forge can be arduous depending on your route. Lots of winding roads.

The rest of the park is nice enough. Some paths to...

first time going to the dog park and was very impressed. My dog is a big dog and there was plenty of running room for her. One little foot note... a lady had her German Shepard in the small dog park area and was very rude, (screaming at some of the other dog owners who were waiting for her to get her large dog out of the small dog park) so that they could take their dogs in. PPL be kind this is too much of a lovely place to give it a bad image. I highly recommend, plenty of shade, picnic tables...

Small dog area had large dogs running around. I was afraid to let my toy poodle in this area. Also, it is very small in comparison to the large dog area. A few benches have covers, but the area is not shaded. No trees and there is artificial grass in this area. The large dog area was alot bigger and wooded which was great for my Goldendoodle. Please people! Read the signs and follow the rules. No large dog breeds in small dog area for the safety of...

We have 2 Australian Shepherd dogs that require a lot of exercise & boy did they ever get a lot of exercise here! A beautiful well kept large, dog park with lots of trees, big rolling hill, water, everything you'd ever want in a dog park! They made friends with a beautiful Pit & played a good hour, non stop!! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!!
