I had a picture framed there a few years ago and they did a lovely job so I went back to have 6 pieces framed and the experience was not the same. They changed the frame I chose (from black matt to silver) on three of the pictures without calling or saying anything, so I had no idea until I came to pick them up. The silver did NOT work, so the pictures had to be done again. They left a clump of blue tape in place where it could be seen on another. The size of the frame on yet another was way too small so now the drawing looks crammed in there. I like to support local businesses. Want to like this place and support local business. Owners very cold to new businesses whilst calling the cops to write tickets on employees for parking in “his marked” parking lot. Stating- “I watch these girls get into their cars at night” not something you want to be heard saying out loud this day in age.
