Great food, great company, and great service! This is my favorite breakfast spot in town, and the menu has a ton of really great options. I highly recommend the skillets if you're hungry (the Country Skillet is especially nice), and the pancakes and waffles are easily the best ones I've had in a restaurant. The drip coffee here is just right and I could down 3-4 mugs in a sitting. Grab a seat at the counter and enjoy some small talk if that's your thing, or get a table/booth and eat with company. I'll throw some food photos on the review, and rest assured that each and every one was DELICIOUS. (the pancakes are Banana Walnut and they were chock-full of bananas and walnuts! Super filling!) EDIT 6/14/25: Wow… You have to try the burgers here - especially the Giddy Johnson burger. Easily in my top 3 burgers in the area. They make everything fresh! Also, I didn’t know this until today, but they make milkshakes the old fashioned way with a milkshake machine from at least the 1940’s, and they’re awesome! I usually stop in for breakfast but you can bet I’ll be back for a burger and milkshake for lunch! 11/10! (Also, they’re not on the menu, but if you’re a real onion ring fan, you owe it to yourself to ask for the onion rings. The photos don’t even do them justice. Simply perfect. Without question the best onion rings you can get)

Diners like this used to be in every town. Now they are few and far between, Geneva is fortunate to still have this excellent diner. The food is always great, service always with a smile. Coffee cup seldom gets more than half empty. It's not a big place, sometimes gets very busy but the wait for a table and place at the counter won't be long and will be worth the wait. If all that isn't enough, the prices are very reasonable. A proper diner experience.

Talk about delicious food this is my go to breakfast spot for the past couple years. The food portions are great the staff is amazing. Ask for Colleen she’s the best. Always refilling the coffee and always there to help with any questions about the food. Bill is an amazing cook and food is always cooked to order. I bring all my family and friends here. Support local small business.

I visited The Geneva Diner with my son this summer, after a day playing at a local park. Luckily the diner was not full as we visited during the week and the location is pretty small, and I imagine they can run into long wait times on the weekend. The service here was really fast and we were taken care of right away. Staff was nice and not overly friendly. Our food was delivered quickly and my son loved his pancakes. We ordered the Mickey Mouse pancakes that looked more like teddy bear pancakes, but he didn’t care. He loved the banana eyes, the strawberry nose and best of all – the chocolate chip mouth! I'm just glad he hasn't too loud because in a small space it would've been really noticeable. I would definitely return, but probably during the week when it’s...

During the art fair in downtown Geneva, we went lunch at the Geneva Dinner. Crowded but we got a table. Dolores said sloppy joes sounded good but didnt no if hot n full of things she doesnt like. The girl brought her a small sample n it was pretty good. A little spicy after afew bits but with bun n fries, should b good. ; next time. I had a Cobb salad n 2 dressings, cause didnt no which pne i wanted. Kept our diet coke n iced tea glasses full. My salad was great, only problem was salad was bigger then dish n couldnt toss. Dolpres ended up with a big juicy burger. Prices arent out of the ballpark yet, so with the good food, helpful n nice help n great prices it was worth the hunt for a...
