The Pynk Byrd — Local services in Geneva Township

I ran into The Pynk Byrd on my way to an appointment. I literally had 5 minutes and during those 5 minutes I found the most adorable coat. The regular price was completely affordable and a great value, but it was also on sale, which made it a no-brainer. I went to my appointment and immediately came back and spent more time in the store. Carlene, the general manager is so friendly and welcoming. Initially I thought the store would be too young for me, but they actually hit all ages and there is truly something for everyone. Once I dug a little deeper, I found a sweater and a long shirt; both of which are really great looking. Again, the prices overall were extremely fair; so much so that I put the items on the counter without asking about price, and was pleasantly surprised at the total. Carlene offered cookies and tea, and suggested their space for a party for private shopping experience for me and a few friends. I definitely recommend The Pynk Byrd. A charming and delightful boutique tucked away in a Hallmark-like town! The store features thoughtfully curated, high-quality pieces and is beautifully decorated, creating an inviting retail experience. The fitting room is spacious and a standout—it feels like stepping into a shopping/makeover scene from a 90s chick flick, complete with fun, playful vibes that make you want to try everything on. This place is a fantastic spot for finding statement earrings and hair accessories to elevate any outfit, as well as glamorous casual apparel all at surprisingly fair prices! The customer service is wonderful. Robin made us feel valued and cared for. The product displays and detail to which everything is executed is amazing. Visiting a long time friend from college, came in from Nashville and had an absolute wonderful time! From the decor to the cute clothes and accessories I was sold! We drove by and immediately, I said “I want to go to the Pink store!” And I’m so glad we did!

Great girls trip stop! Multiple photo opportunities, as well as a great place to brighten up your wardrobe. Service was impeccable- very kind and down to earth.
