Nd Upholstery — Attraction in Georgetown

I sent my father and step mother to this place to have their dinning room chairs redone. This establishment said they could help and had them look through material samples and assured them they would get the material they picked ordered in a week. A week came and went with no call. My father called to check in status and was told just a delay and it should be in any day. Another week went by and then another with no call. Needless to say they gave up and had someone else complete the job. The way the disregarded my parents as customers was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Had a leather couch cushion with a hole in the corner chewed by my dogs. The store we bought the couch from recommended Fibrenew. Fibrenew stated "it could not be repaired and had to be completely recovered." Took it to ND Upholstery based on a friend's recommendation. Was charged $50 and I was more than happy with the repair. Only if I point it out can you tell. Super job....
