Beautiful scenery with good wines. Wine -- big selection of wine with many tasting options. Wide variety to choose from. Wife enjoyed the Syrah, Bubbly Peach Treat (not normally her fav type) and the Cardinall. They also sell wine from their sister winery, Habersham Winery. Great selection of GA beer draft selection including Tucker Brewery & Wild Leap among others . Only area for improvement is their flight vehicles: small plastic shot cups for such a classy place? Scene -- beautiful views all around. Outside space that has tables and fire pits. Not a ton of room inside and they are a big stop on winery van tours, so much of the space is taken up by two big tables reserved for these tours. Had a party of 8-10 who must have started around 6 AM, because they were having a GREAT TIME. Couldn't hear anything over the yelling and shouting @ 11:45 AM. 😁 Overall classy place, bathrooms could use a touch of color and vibrancy. Service -- very good in balancing taking care of big parties and also regular customers who come in. Wasn't their fault, but we having to scream our orders because of the fun party to the left. Value -- very good value for tasting and bought a bottle of Scarlett from Habersham Winery for $20. Overall -- cool winery with amazing views. L

Nested away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic on the main thoroughfare of Helen, this humble abode offers a glimpse at the north Georgia mountain wineries and what they bring to the table. Ample seating outside entrance as well as some on the back deck. I was a little surprised not to see the tables armed with shade umbrellas at the end of July. The entrance has a grand Y split staircase that really entices you to walk into the tasting room. The tasting room has a wide open floor plan that facilitates tastings in three large areas..a true bonus in the wineries of north Georgia drawbacks at some wineries. There is plenty of tables inside as well, and the kind you can push together for larger parties. The decor is sort of a posh uptown southern mansion style with the exception of recessed lighting. They offer everything across the board from dry to sweet and red to white. As mentioned in other posts, the wine attendants are fabulous and very courteous and accommodating. My only personal drawback was in some pesky pines in the foreground of the beautiful view of the mountains in background.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous views over the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests. We came on a Friday and they had live music. Nice selection of snacks and things to eat. Their wines don't suck. They have a nice built robust merlow with a good body and round note. And a gorgeous sweet porto I want to drown myself in. My wife liked a white which I was not so fond of. But that shows that there is a good variety to hit different pallets. I wish they had a dry sparkling wine going in the direction of a prosecco or dry cava. Maybe chardonnay based. All the bubbly options are very sweet. Nevertheless, fantastic location, good to great wines (some occasional fall flat a bit like their cabanet sauvignon which needs some soul) I highly recommend this place for your exploration. The staff was very nice and attentive and made us want to come back. I give both thumbs up and think their wines overall are still much better than in many other places. If there is any place in the region to watch a sunset its there.

Usually one of my favorite wineries in the area but will not return after today. Issues started immediately upon order-I ordered a veggie pizza and a glass of chateau red. The lady rang me up for the pizza and a wine flight, I let her know I didnt order a flight just the one glass and she immediately began to break down, first said she charged me and my friend opposite orders so "it even outs" which wasn't the case she did charge my friend for her correct order, when I let her know my friends order was correct she asked me if I could just take the difference out of her check? I obviously dont pay her checks so I just wanted to be charged for the one drink that I had. After waiting about 25 minutes for her to completely spiral and someone else to come over and void the initial check, give me my glass of wine and charge me correctly I went to sit down. My pizza arrived, it was also-not right with food I cant eat for allergy purposes. I let her know the pizza was advertised with mozzarella and not Feta, another complete spiral, she flurries off and I dont see her again for like 15 minutes. My friend goes back over to the bar, to verify that the pizza wasn't advertised with feta (it wasnt) and the lady approaches her and is beside herself "your friend must hate me" to which she let her know "no, she just cant eat Feta" still no clue what's happening with the pizza- at this point my friend is finished with her entire wine flight and food so I return to the bar and ask for a refund and give my wine back. So after about an hour of being there and an hour of trying to have multiple issues resolved we left. Hoping the refund for both checks come through as I didnt eat or drink anything. I usually enjoy this winery but this was crazy. Multiple staff members helping wine tours that were seemingly scheduled too close together as they needed to stop doing wine tastings to walk inside while I was waiting. If youre going to schedule that maky tours, it may be a good idea to have more staff or close to the public, they just really couldn't handle the volume today. That being said when I got there Initially there were probably only about 3 other people at the...

The wine, the views, and the ambiance were all amazing. However, the service was not good. The young man Tyler, made inappropriate conversation about irrelevant, depressing, and slightly controversial topics instead of talking about wine or the vineyard. Instead of hearing about the wines, we heard about how he would skip private high school to get drunk, which college his gf was going to, which college he didn’t want to go, which college had had recent crime and which crimes had happened (weird to specifically point out Venezuelan immigrant but ok?), along with his continued monologue about his future. He ignored us for about 15 minutes after that. At one point after he finally came back he took a pretty defensive and combative stand when I asked him kindly to match my pour with my bf’s pour and threatened to “cut me off” and that “he will go there”. While we were wrapping up our tab he came back chuckling and said he was joking and poured us both equal servings. Thank you, but at that point we were both pretty upset. Completely unprofessional employee who has no social awareness but most importantly lacks complete customer service skills. The manager helping a couple next to us was giving the couple such a wonderful service and professionalism as well as an intriguing backstory on the property and vineyard. I know this place is great but we really got unlucky with Tyler. Will modify my review as needed.

Edit: thank you for the response from the owners,...
