Glen Ellyn Metra Station Main/Pennsylvania — Attraction in Glen Ellyn

Well, my father was trying to get off of the train in Glen Ellyn, the big, strong, tough conductor completely ignored my dad who is starting to fall backwards into the train. Another rider helped me get my father off of the train safely. The conductor was standing right there, facing my dad, looking both ways like he was ignoring us, and then got back on the train as soon as my dad clear the door. The conductors on the CTA and Metra are completely 100% useless! Absolutely useless. Useless waste of space all of them! I said get rid of the conductors all together and just have a swype pad to swipe your ticket. If you don’t swipe, you don’t get on the train. Get rid of the conductors they are useless and put in...

Limited hours- would appreciate the indoor waiting area to be open during high commuter time(s). They were closed at 5 p.m. on a weekday. If they were to update the outside to accommodate a covered, waiting area, that would also improve the ratings.
