I received a beautiful necklace from my boyfriend last Christmas from Costello. It was the first piece of jewelry he had given me so was very nervous about me liking it. He worked with Leslie Carlstead and described my style to her and with his awesome taste and her expert help - they nailed it!

But, the added bonus which ended up being the best part of the gift - was the introduction to Leslie and Costello’s!!

When my mother had passed away I inherited her jewelry which was beautiful, but just not my style. I have been working with Leslie and the team at Costello - and I live in Virginia - over the last year to design and repurpose many of my mom’s pieces and have some of the most incredible pieces now that are “me” and I wear everyday!

Leslie’s attention to detail and willingness to work with me remotely for months has been bar none - the best white glove and outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced.

When I am in town I always try to stop by to say hello and look around. I was in town recently for the holidays and we stopped in. Unfortunately, Leslie was not working - but her associate took our picture to send to Leslie because she said she’d be sad she missed us.

Costello Jewelry is the BEST jeweler in Chicagoland. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Michele at the Glen Ellyn location. She patiently guided me step-by-step through the design of a custom, one-of-a-kind engagement ring. I greatly appreciated Michele's calm, professional, and personable demeanor during such an important process. Her knowledge and expertise were absolutely invaluable to me as we reviewed diamonds, discussed stone quality, and decided upon a setting. Michele had no problem incorporating several smaller diamonds into the ring's band. These stones were taken from a ring handed down to my fiancée from her grandmother. This personal detail made the ring so much more meaningful and unique. I was impressed with the precise computer rendering presented to me for review and approval before the ring was made. I was able to see exactly what the ring would look like in advance, in all of its stunning detail. My sincere thanks go out to Michele for making this experience so personal, fun and rewarding. I could not have been happier with Costello's and with Leslie! I wanted to use a local jeweler to buy an engagement ring. I walked Into Costello's and I'm very glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Leslie had me feeling at home and comfortable. I was very nervous and had no idea what I was looking at. She made the whole experience easier and enjoyable. She walked me through every step and always kept in touch when needed. I needed the ring by a certain date and she made sure I had it on time. The ring is absolutely beautiful and EXACTLY what my, now, fiance wanted! Overall, it was a great experiance and I couldn't recommend Costello's and Leslie enough! We talked about budget and wants and needs... she stayed under budget and got me everything I wanted. We needed it resized when we got home from our trip and they took care of it the same day it was dropped off. She remembers me and my fiancé's name, even though they only met one time when she dropped off the ring to get resized. She even followed up a couple weeks later to see how it was and if it fit better now that she's been wearing it for a couple weeks. 10/10 highly recommend both...
