Piñata Factory — Attraction in Glendora

The lady was nice kinda felt like she knew wat to say but that was it. The jumper was overpriced I paid 121 for one day on a Tuesday and I bought a Minnie Mouse piñata from there that was 40 and was about 4 to 5 feet didn’t really look like the character but my toddler loved it. Also bought a jumper that just arrived, the workers were kind of unprofessional cursing at each other and checking out my partner, they had to drag my jumper out and told me they almost forgot to deliver which was very unprofessional as well. And the jumper had a large hole in the front where u enter it, it blows lots of air straight into ur face and was dirty with leaves and dirt on the inside there was also a large hole on the inside as well and it smells like sweat. I think the worst part was there is a “No refund/No exchange” policy that was only mentioned to me in an email on my receipt AFTER I purchased it so it was a done deal after that. So if u want to give ur child a quality and fun and clean party I wouldn’t recommend the stuff here and there was also no hole in the piñata I thought there would be, so u have to ask a lot of questions because they don’t tell u much they r really just trying to sell there products for one time uses and claiming no refund after the purchases kinda feels like a trap to me. We just needed something fast and didn’t really do our research but I definitely won’t be coming back here. I want to support a family business but they need to UP ⬆️ there standards I definitely would steer clear of the jumpers here. To add on to my review the jumper we had started to deflate while multiple kids were still inside jumping because the employees neglected there responsibilities to fix the opened holes in the jumper. We had to get strong tape to repair the jumper to normal and wen confronted the employees responded with anger and denial. The only upside to this whole experience was that they left the jumper for a day and a half but I still wouldn’t buy again from these people because they were very unprofessional and rude. I suggest requesting to see the jumper before buying because they will not compensate. The Minnie Mouse piñata was also very fragile around the neck and we had to tape together so it could function for the party. Paid ahead of time for a balloon pick up. Went to pick up and the order and it hadn't even been started on with only 1 employee saying they have multiple orders for the same time. If so, then why was there only 1 person working that day?! The lady in front of me was noticably upset as well and she had a much larger order than me that also had not been started on.
