Metro by T-Mobile — Attraction in Gloucester City

This store had the worst customer service. I went in to find out about switching from another carrier and getting a free phone. The employee put my info into the computer and imported my number before I authorized him to and to find out I wasn't eligible for the free phone. I wanted to keep my own service but they already imported my number and it disconnected my service. I visited the store several times to try to get them to fix it and they never did. I was without service for over 3 weeks because of their mistake. I was never reimbursed or compensated for their mistake. I had to go to the Cherry Hill store to get my number back but had to buy a new phone that I didn't have money to spend. In the end, my experience at this store ended up costing me nearly $300. for a free phone promotion that I didn't even get. I went in about a month ago to upgrade my phone. I was told they don’t upgrade anymore and it would be cheaper for me to get another line so I did they told me to come back a few days later to get a screensaver and a case for my phone when I returned they said they haven’t gotten a shipment to come back again in a few more days so I waited a week went back and they said they still haven’t received anything the man. Representative was crude rude and told me I could take my business elsewhere as he tried to charge me double for a SIM card and double for activation fee which I did not need. I told him $20 is not the price for a new Metro PCS SIM card it is 10 and he said if I could get it for $10 then to go there and get it!
