The shops in this suburban strip mall are a mixed bag. The parking lot is a little awkward to get into, but it's fine. Would be really happy if there was something other than Mort's Deli in that spot. Poorly-trained service, mediocre food, and overpriced menu. Three strikes, and I'm not likely to ever go back. There are too many good restaurants in the Twin Cities - such as Lat 14 just a block away, which is excellent - to waste your time here. This specific Smashburger has had some service issues for our family, so we're not likely to frequent it any longer. 9 Rounds is a great idea but too expensive. Jimmy John's, meh, though they've had consistently good service. On the positive side, the UPS Store here is fantastic! Excellent service and staff. Ragstock is fun.
