Memorial Commons — Attraction in Goldsboro

I went to the shopping center to grab a few things from HT. I will say that i was surprised at the state of this HT location. There were a number of things out of order. My primary reason for driving all the way to HT was to get some steamed shrimp from their seafood area, however, the steamer was down and i was told that it had been inop for some time. I grab a few other items that were on sale which was fine. Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 12 pack of New Castle Brown Ale that was passed it's date and I along with a few friends became very ill after only a couple of drinks. Needless to say I will not be driving out of my way to visit that HT location...

We ordered chines at China Fun. Of you are going to order there ONLY GET crab Rangoon and lo mein. We ordered Broccoli Beef and the need was delicious, but the veggies were soft and it was runny like soup not like a gravy. That wasn't the worst though.

The worst was General Tso's chicken. What a disaster. It was in one big stick together lump. The chicken was waaaaaay overdone and it wasn't even kinda spicy. It was a bad orange chicken job. We had to doctor it up just to make it edible, and even then we couldn't finish it. They must have used half a box of corn...

Honorable mention is there's a Harris Teeter Fuel Station adjacent to the lot. Also has a clothes and shoes drop near Pizza Hut.
