If could give this establishment no stars, it would definitely deserve it! On July 1st 2016 I went in looking to purchase a tv smaller than 32 inches. I had been to trade - it and the other pawn shops but couldn't find anything that I liked. They had a few 24 inch tvs so a Latino lady approached me. She was very nice but told me that if I wanted to get the special price marked on the TV I would have to pay cash. Seemed kind of strange to me but ok. One of the tvs had a stand that looked like the lightest breeze would blow it over. The other was a brand that I had never heard of. The third was a vizio marked 129 on the sticker but had a 99$ tag next to it on the shelf. I was told that the tv did not have a warranty or a remote, which was fine with me. I asked for a better price on it because of the remote issue. A blonde lady standing behind her with her arms crossed like she was the bouncer at a nightclub said "No it was already discounted at 129." I stepped away to make my decision and pulled out my phone to Google the going new item price.... I was appalled when it came back as 119$ from Walmart. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, I was told "well with tax it will be 139$ so at 129 your still saving 10$." I then told the lady yeah but then I'll get a remote and a warranty. She looked at me like I had just called her a bad name and said in the rudest way possible, "well you should definitely go to Walmart then, bye." And rolled her head. I work hard for my money and I don't make a whole lot of it, so yes I am always looking for a deal, but I have never been marginalized and dismissed like that woman did today. I am a barber in town, so you can guarantee that I will tell everyone I talk to about the rudeness and unprofessional ism that I experienced at this establishment. I wonder exactly how they have remained open because it isn't for their winning personality or willingness to negotiate a fair price. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! Make the trip to greenville, raleigh, or fayetteville, you'll be treated with a LOT...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've consistently faced mistreatment at this establishment whenever I visited to browse or purchase firearms or other items they sell in the swap shop. I've always encountered rude and semi-racist behavior. The staff seem to assume that, because of the color of my skin, I can't afford what I'm looking at or that I'm planning to steal. This is why I take my business to other firearms stores in the city, regardless of their prices. These stores understand that skin color should not affect customer service. As a professional salesman, I find this behavior very sad and disappointing. This business needs to improve or risk losing...
