The View at Wayne National — Local services in Goldsboro

I lived at the view for almost a full year but needed to break my lease early due to absolutely unacceptable issues. The entire first month of living there none of the tenets had hot water. And the building manager seemed unconcerned with the issue. At one point they decided to strip paint under the building and not inform any of the residents, the fumes came into the entire apartment building and were so strong it was hard to breath, my dogs were coughing and I had to take them elsewhere so they wouldn’t get sick. When asked about it we were told they would put some fans up but they couldn’t do anything about it. The entire time I lived there having mail delivered was an absolute pain, and Michael the building manager never seemed to care. At one point I asked him about construction going on directly under my apartment, (I work from home and it was extremely loud) and he told me I could ”move out if I wanted to”. I had water damage coming in the windows for a majority of the time I was living there and it started leaking again promptly after they “fixed” it. I called many times to go see one of their available units....they have never answered nor have they returned any of my calls. I guess they aren't interested in leasing their apartments. I really liked living here! I rented a studio apartment here for around 2 years. You get a great view of Goldsboro from the higher floors and are in walking distance from all the downtown restaurants and shops. Plus, the utilities are all included with the rent. I would definitely recommend...
