The Owlamo — Attraction in Goldsboro

Nice little pool hall on my way down to Florida tours. Opens a bit late at 4:00pm and noon on Sunday, however 3$ an hour for table time which I haven't seen since the 80s, great bartender and a real sweetheart.. unfortunately no 9' tables, all 4x8' tables 1 Brunswick, 2, Valley and 1, 7' Valley table.. The tables have new felt, No Simonis felt, feels like cheaper Champion Saturn 2 felt on one of them however it has a nice roll, there are some mistakes in the refelt that most won't notice because it plays fine, nice people.. quiet.. great drink prices.. it's an old fashioned smokey pool hall...

Been two times in a Saturday night. Seems like a busy place. Decent crowd. Multiple bartenders to serve. Security on staff to resolve issues quickly.

Last time I was there, there was no outside drinks, but they had new barriers up and were awaiting permits.

DJ was playing good music and had everyone dancing. Pool tables were in use. I did not get a chance to play on them.

Overall sends like the management is doing...

I like playing pool here and it's a nice place to play pool. BUT, tell me why none of the female bathroom stalls are lockable. Like they have a slider lock but it's set up in a way it doesn't actually lock. Especially in a bar where drunk ppl might do stupid stuff. I attached the video of even lifting the door and it's still possible to lock. Both stalls have issues with their locks. Please fix it then it...
