H.G Hill — Attraction in Goodlettsville

I was very disappointed and disgusted to see that Hills does not require their customers to wear a mask to shop in there and they didn’t seem to care if anyone did or not. I stopped in to pick up a few items and was very alarmed to notice that there were customers in there with no face covering on, all the employees were wearing mask and it’s posted on the door about wearing mask and when I brought it to the attention of a employee I was told that they don’t ask anyone to wear one and they allow anyone to shop there with no covering. The store is always clean and organized and the employees are very nice and polite but after many years I will not return for a while if this is going to be a unsafe environment during this...

A couple years ago, during COVID-19, I had hit really hard times. No food or money. So I didn't eat, for days. The worst part, my cat had run out of food, and hadn't had any for over 24hrs. I went here, told them my story, and asked if they could spare only a can of cat food and I myself wanted nothing from them to eat. The cashier made me cry, she grabbed her purse, handed me $20, and walked me over to the cat food and bought my cat some food. I couldnt help but cry. She didn't have to help, but she was so kind. The smell OF spoiled meat makes my stomach so sick and it comes from the chicken freezer. Why can you smell this entering the building. This is unacceptable!! Fresh food and vegetables is what you should smell not SPOILED MEAT!! BLEACH DONT KILL ALL SMELLS BUT CLEANING DOES!! Clean up the meat department and do more inspections. People are eating this and can become sick!! I myself have bought three bags of leg quarters and they was spoiled. Come on yall better than this shame on...
