Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't let the entrance scare you. When you walk in, you're in a metal cage. They buzz you in. It can be a little intimidating.

But once you're in, you're treated to a warm and honest welcome from staff who know what they're talking about. When I explained to the counter person that I was looking for a handgun his first reaction was, "Let me see how big your hands are..." and then asked "Which hand are you?"

From there he skipped over 90% of the guns and pointed out four that he felt would fit well and be comfortable for me as a lefty. He was spot on.
