I did not have a good experience at all. Me and daughter went there for to get a gun for our home. I went in to see what gun I wanted and how much I needed to get out of the ATM. My daughter's boyfriend went in too but sat in a chair while we looked. My daughter purchased hers and seen one that I like so then we went to get the money for mine. When I went back in there was another guy looking in the area where the gun I did want but when I looked down from where I was standing I noticed one that I wanted more. I told the guy working there so he pulls the gun out, gets me to fill out paperwork and takes my license while I am filling out paperwork they are whispering and saying her. They were profiling me. Them when my daughter's boyfriend comes in which is colored to ask a question about my daughter's gun the worker there acts like he doesn't remember him but when it came time for me to pay all of sudden they don't want to sell me the gun because they were saying I was getting it for him. Now you all of sudden recognize him. Now they are using discrimination. Discrimination is against the...
Read moreI try to get by Goodlettsville Gun Shop once a week. The guys there know their guns, but more importantly, they are gun lovers, which means they are passionate about anything gun related and always enjoyable to talk to. The super simple out-the-door pricing on everything makes purchasing decisions really easy and, yes, they will give you a very reasonable price which often beats any Internet pricing available without FFL hassle (but if you want FFL, they are reasonable about that too). Because the secret of how great this place is has been getting out, they are moving stock really fast, so it is best to monitor their Facebook page often or give them a call about anything you are looking for in particular. GGS will continue to be my go-to local gun shop because they have a winning combination that others in the area cannot or choose not to beat - excellent, personalized service with a good selection and almost impossible to...

From there he skipped over 90% of the guns and pointed out four that he felt would fit well and be comfortable for me as a lefty. He was spot on.
A week later I tested out those models at a local shooting range and found that the first one he suggested was an absolute perfect fit for me.
They don't have a huge selection, but if you want it or need it, ask and they'll do their best to...
