DO NOT GO HERE FOR CLEAR WRAPS! Save yourself the headache and money - their work is amateur at best and not worth the price. I paid over $2,500 to have the full front done on my BMW. After picking it up the first time I noticed overhang of the wrap in some areas, poor cuts in others with no coverage, they also completely forgot to do the Aframe which was included - oh and bubbles. I was told they were normal and would even out.

Fast forward two weeks later I bring it back because it was such a BAD job, even the rep admitted the bumper need to be redone. I had a chip on the front from an area they didn't cover and really bad bubbling, and so much dirt accumulating under the poorly cut areas around the edges.

I gave them another chance and guess what - it came back WORSE. I had MORE bubbling than before, and they didn't even bother to try to clean up the dirt or fix the poorly cut edges. Pictures speak for themselves, so I decided to dispute the charge.

I just called my credit card company for an update, and they told me the merchant's response was that the issues were caused from me going through a carwash! I haven't taken my car through any carwash since this work was done. UNBELIEVABLE THEY ARE LYING to my credit card company when they admittedly told me the job wasn't done right. They are so unethical, and I want to make sure everyone knows what type of business they are running. I believe all of the Nashville locations have the same GM so stay away from them all. (This work was done in MJ, but rep was from Goodlettsville).

Better customer service could not be expected from anywhere!! They have gone above and beyond in every aspect. I got a nanobox (all inclusive sub/amp combo) installed. It was good, but not what I expected. They replaced it with a sub I already had. I ended up purchasing an amplifier from them without them having to push product on me. I also had an amp but chose not to use it. I also ended up going with door insulation and they gave me full refund for the nanobox and put it toward the door insulation. I also got tint done on a different day and there happened to be a bubble that didn't cure. They replaced that window free of charge. I noticed a slight scratch in the other window, what I believe was due to the insulation install on a separate day. I brought it back and they replaced it at no charge with no complaining or blaming. The best customer experience I have ever had from any customer service type of business...ever. Very pleased with my stereo sound and quality of the tint. They are also very friendly and not standoffish like other companies I have encountered. Great atmosphere. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. ...

I’ve had all my vehicles tinted by these guys in Goodlettsville. I’m a huge word of mouth advertising fan (both good and bad) so after a friend recommended them to me a few years ago, I’ve never gone anywhere else.

They are friendly and professional. They remembered our previous visits and vehicles. When I came in to talk about tinting and clear filming our brand new 2025 Mini Cooper Convertible, we looked over the car together, talked about what I wanted to have done, and because they are so personable and professional, they worked with me to get the best financial deal.

We dropped off the car as arranged and it was done as scheduled. Their attention to detail is top notch. They not only care about their work, but also the customers vehicles. They took such good care of my brand new car and their work truly is amazing.

I can not speak higher for a tint or a clear film application shop. The best materials along with the best technicians are a winning combination.
