Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Goodlettsville

I order pizza paid and left a $5 tip for a 3 mile drive. After almost an hour of my pizza never getting picked up by door dash and multiple drivers accepting the job, I called the store and they say the pizza was picked up by a driver. Though it was showing me it was still being prepared. They said they could make me another one and it would take about 30min to get to me. Expecting me to pay full price, not trying to do it for free, refund my money, didn’t offer me nothing I said you can’t add some.wings a brownie something she said since obviously you want something for free which do want a cookie or a brownie But really… I already waited over an hour I don’t want to wait nearly 2hrs for a pizza and pay for it too… she said it’s not their fault…. Yeahhh I didn’t affiliate you with door dash and allow an order to be picked up and not confirmed I’m sure somebody is supposed to be in charge of the to go process. I told her to cancel the order. Inconvenience got to wait for my refund and still hungry. I called cooperate cause somebody has to be responsible for something yall can’t just let drivers not confirm pick ups and inconvenience people and charge people like it was performed correctly. Cooperate told me to call the store back and they will work something out with me. I don’t want spit in my food thanks why wasn’t it their initial response in the first place…….? ? ? ? ….. management prefers...

My wife ordered a pizza there a while back it was supposed to have extra cheese on it and of course it didn’t have the pizza was covered a little bit and pineapple but it was supposed to been fully covered in pineapple just overall it just was not a good experience and Not a very good pizza overall the one thing I wish they would do is put on the pizza whatever you ask cause you’re paying for when you get home realize what it is it’s too late to take it back because you live too far!! Back in the late 80s early 90s I worked for Pizza Hut and I also worked for Domino’s Pizza for about four years and when someone called in an order the pizza we put on their pizzas what they ordered if they want a double cheese we put the regular cheese on top of the sauce then the toppings and then cheese on top of all that that is double cheese double cheese is not when you put very little on the sauce and then the rest of that on top charge you all that money and they don’t want To put what you asked for on the pizza when you have...

Love this store but weekends are busy so prepare for longer than usual wait times. Don't be a Karen.

On busy days you may or may not get everything you ordered...just fell victim to that today which wasn't a big deal I bought a bunch of extra sauces and peppers LOL called and asked for a refund on JUST what I didnt receive and he seemed stressed telling me he would just refund the entire order. I did not call to get free food. I called for the money back that I spent on what I didnt receive. I was very nice and asked for the refund instead because I didnt want you to have to send your driver back out again on a busy day. Keep the extra money, not a huge deal. And y'all really shouldn't be so rude to these people when mistakes happen. Places are understaffed right now, they're doing their best and majority of these workers are...
