Gail's Furniture — Attraction in Goodyear

Hello everyone, have I got a review to share with you! Now, I know good reviews sometimes seem to be "paid" or "hyped" in today's world of social media, but not this one. In fact, my review of Gail's Furniture located in Goodyear, AZ is a true review espousing the highest caliber of both customer service and satisfaction! The comfortable buying experience I had is of great importance in a world that is rapidly loosing such qualities. Luckily for me (and you too, if you are in the market for furnishings), my customer service experience while shopping at Gail's allows me to report a 5-Star review! "Why", you might ask? Because Gail's truly delivers the finest in customer satisfaction beyond what their customer even expects!

I first visited Gail's Furniture 5 months ago after being referred by a competitor in the area when they couldn't meet my expectations (just that alone is saying a lot, lol)! I went directly to the store with my very specific requests ( and some say, demanding preferences😁). I was searching for a matching chest to a set I already purchased, but the prices had skyrocketed. I met Mike, my sale's agent. I found him very sensible and easy to talk to about my furniture needs. He showed me the inventory and order catalogs (amazing, some stores pretend they don't even have those)! He was patient, attentive, but never ignored ANY of the customers who also visited, neither did he lose my attention because he was always courteous and PROFESSIONAL!!!

But, it doesn't stop there! I didn't order that day, but remembered the experience. I came back a couple of months later and Mike's attitude was exactly the same! I brought my husband just to look again but came across a great deal that Mike offered us. After checking the availability with the manufacturer, a price discrepancy occurred that clearly wasn't Mike's fault, but he HONORED his quote. Believe it or not, another major hiccup occurred with financing - again, not Mike's fault - he still worked his magic to make the deal happen, honored his word, and in the process, saved us money - just because of his honesty! Wow! You don't find that in the high pressure world of furniture sales these days! It's typically "hi and fly" - right by you, unless you step through the door waving your credit card!

So, take it from me - a happy customer - Gail's Furniture offers more than floor inventory, timely turn around on catalog items and low prices (that's a whole other review that's deserving of your research time to read), their customer appreciation makes you feel like a person whose needs have been met for your time and expectation instead of a widget on a wheel! See! I told you, this is no ordinary review! AND... it's all real and true!!

We have purchased a few items from Gail's and keep going back because we enjoy doing business with them. Pricing at Gail's is lower on average, and quality is similar or higher. And they provide excellent customer service - if there is an issue, they take care of you.

They are a small family run business, and have been in the area since 1998. Their showroom is packed full of really nice, interesting items. We have been to many furniture stores recently, most of them are either crazy expensive or boring. We like how unique Gail's selections are.

The most recent item we purchased was a chaise for my office/work space. I had been searching for just the right one for a long time, and was feeling a little frustrated. Leo went way out of his way to help me find the perfect one. I was able to customize the fabric and the quality was way better than what I had seen so far, and the price was similar. The chair is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and showed up with two accent pillows that I wasn't expecting. I generally don't like extra pillows (too much work managing them), but the fabric was so pretty that I'm going to use them.

Another thing they do really well - work with many vendors to offer tons of options that you don't see in their showroom. Example: We picked out nightstands, but didn't like the color options - so Leo was able to show us colors on another item, and order the pieces with that color.

Leo is really knowledgeable, and my interactions with other employees has been positive. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you need furniture. A photo of my chaise...

Looking for furniture or home decor from... This is your place. Gails is amazing! The sales team is very professional, courteous and helpful in any way they can be. The prices are very fair and the quality is just as good, if not better then the 'Big' name furniture stores. When entering the store we were immediately greeted by a friendly salesman. We were in the market for several pieces of furniture so we were browsing the store for many items. While doing so we noticed the tasteful décor and quality of all the items on the floor. While the salesman that we were working with went to check stock on items for us, another sales rep was very helpful in answering all of our questions while our salesman was not around. The customer service at Gail's is exceptional. Something that you wont find in the other 'Big' named, competitive sales based stores. Every one here was helpful and beyond friendly. We are so happy we found Gail's and will be back for any future furniture and house décor items we need. Thank you Robert and the entire Gails team....
