Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Goodyear

Truly terrible team here, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand as it seems this place has been ruining people's days for a while now, and I definitely feel insulted and abused after dealing with this establishment. So, for starters, I called ahead and ordered the most best, and the pretzel crust pizza with extra cheddar cheese sauce. I received two extra most bests upon my arrival and confront them, I am told that one of them is indeed the pretzel crust when, in reality, side by side, they are exactly the same in every way. Yet they own up to not using the salt or cheddar cheese sauce that I so clearly asked for in excess amount. So I'm told that they will remake it correctly and that I can keep the extra pizza since they messed it up. OK, so we wait another 20 minutes, and I am brought out another pizza on regular crust with the cheese sauce and salt, so still they mess this up again, and to make matters worse, I am chased down by some unpleasant woman from the back demanding that the first messed up pizza that I was told I could keep must be taken back. So you insult me multiple times throughout and waste my time and offer no way to make this right, not even with the correct pizza after a second attempt, let alone offer a refund or credit or even a simply apology. Please, please avoid this Little Ceasars at all costs. Just read up on them first, and you'll see! Never had an issue with this location before tonight, but I ordered a pie online, an hour in advance for pickup at 10, get there at 10:10, and there’s not just me, but 5 other orders that haven’t even been prepped! The only explanation given by one of the employees was “We’re cleaning the kitchen, so we haven’t started them yet.” The store closes in an hour from my arrival time, and I’m on a timed lunch break from work, but they already have my money so I’m stuck waiting for my order when it was scheduled well in advance. Why are they cleaning before close and pushing back online orders when the store’s got half a dozen orders waiting? I don’t understand… probably won’t be coming back to this location again. Just be upfront with costumers and explain what’s the issue? Did something spill? Was there contamination? Instead we all got told basically “too bad, wait”. Unacceptably unprofessional attitude with understandably irate customers as well from the younger girl working the counter, hurling expletive comments about customers with other customers well within earshot. Took another 25min after arrival to get my order and made me late back to work. Terribly unfriendly...

What a terrible establishment. Twice in the span of 5 days I've tried ordering from here. I guess what they say is true, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Never will I make the mistake of giving this location another dime.

The first attempt at ordering, they waited until 35 mins after my order was placed to call me and inform me the did not have cheese sauce for he pretzel pizza. If I wanted a credit, I could come back the following Monday. Unfortunately, my child is unable to eat red pizza sauce, to say he would be disappointed if I came home without his pizza is an understatement. No problem right, what can ya do about it. So they immediately refund me and we go get something else.

Attempt number 2, place the same order, no problem this time. No phone call informing me anything. Alright, great job. I get my food, get home, get ready to serve my son dinner, and guess what, not a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. No. It's a regular pepperoni pizza, one in which my son isn't able to eat. Lesson learned.
