I went there for the first time today just to get a tea for my little sister. We specifically asked for strawberry flavored green tea with strawberry boba. We told this to a young lady that took our order. When we got the tea it looked all green, but my sister and I assumed it was okay. However once she tasted it, it tasted just like green tea. We went back to the store and asked if we could get it exchanged for what we asked for or add the strawberry flavor to it. The young lady went and asked the manager, but the manager said they could only add sugar to the drink- no additional flavors. Mind you, we specially asked for strawberry flavored green tea... The young lady told me I would have to buy a new drink to get it right. My sister was sad- she just wanted the drink to be right. I also called and tried to talk to the manager about the issue but the young lady that had taken my order asked if I could leave a message, and then she said I would have to call back later because they were “busy”.
