just want to start this email off with how disappointed I am in this company. To start all of this off, so much stress was added to my wedding day that were mistakes not on my end. First off, it was written in email with michelle that the flowers were to be delivered at 1 PM. They were delivered at 9 am, when we spoke to who delivered them and told her "they were not supposed to be here until 1" she then tells us "i stuck them in the barn, its cool they should be okay" first off, what do you mean SHOULD be okay?????? it was agreed to have them there at 1, not 7 HOURS before the ceremony. it was 85 DEGREES by noon. Then, we were missing a groomsmen boutonniere, and on top of that my husband (THE GROOMS) boutonniere BROKE before the ceremony even started, and for that ALL of our wedding pictures will have a flower broken and hanging from his jacket. The grandmothers corsages were WILTED and brown before the wedding even started! It was stated on the invoice that my bridesmaids were to have white in their bouquets and they had ZERO white in them. In fact, their bouquets were just as big and messy as mine was, which also was stated in the invoice that they were not to be as big or mess as mine. The flower girls petals were to be 3 colors and they were only 1. I mean it truly is so sad that I have a list to go on and on and on. i went in the following monday of our wedding and spoke to the owner who wouldn't do anything because he didn't handle my order? which makes no sense to me, being a business owner myself I would go above to fix the issues whether I handled it or not. I was told April 27th by michelle this would be fixed and I would receive some type of refund, and have since reached out twice with no reply. I spent $2,000 with this company to only receive my flowers so early they were dead before the ceremony, missing items, broken items, and getting what I did not ask for, nor paid for. $2,000 is ALOT of money and I trusted y'all and for y'all not even trying to make things right really shows characteristics of this...
Read moreYesterday I found myself in a bit of a bind. You see, my mom was celebrating a key mile stone birthday. Let's just leave it at that.
My intentions were to order the flowers first thing in the morning, but the day got busy and really got away for me. Next thing you know, I'm staring down at a clock which showed it was 15 minutes prior to the Granbury Flower Shop closing time.
I called and spoke to a wonderful woman named Michele. She listen to my story, and jumped right in to help save me. Not only did she take my order, she also called to make sure she could get them delivered to my moms house. She could not have been more gracious, and kind on the phone.
After my flowers have been arranged, another amazing employee of the Granbury Flower Shop named Tayler (who is not the normal delivery person) hand-delivered the flowers to my mom's front porch on her way home from work. She even texted me to let me know she left them on the porch. Wow!
Both Michele and Tayler stayed late to ensure my order made it to its final destination. I am so thankful for kind and helpful people like Michelle and Tayler. I'm an only child, so you can hopefully understand just how much they saved me!

Read moreYesterday was my 28th Wedding Anniversary and my wife was leaving town. So I order her a nice arrangement on line the day before with a special card totaling $137.00. The next morning at 8:50am I called the flower shop to inquire about an approximate delivery time. Michelle the manager said the order had been prepared and was being loaded into the delivery van. She said their standard delivery time is within three hours. My wife had to leave at 1:30pm but waited until 2:30pm. The delivery came at 4:14pm but unfortunately she was already gone. I told the delivery driver the arrangement was too late and she would have to take it back. My wife would not have seen or enjoyed the arrangement until she returned which most likely would have exceded the life of the arrangement. The flower shop charged me $47.00 for their late delivery. I will not patronize this business again and will tell everyone I know, "Buyer Beware"
As of today April 30, 2022 more than one week after this transaction Granbury Flower still has not refunded the $47.00 even though the owner claims they have. I have offered to remove my negative review if they would refund the $47.00. No response... Just another reason not to do give Granbury Flower Shop...
