Paris The Jeweler — Attraction in Grand Blanc

For several years, as grandparents passed and such, I had been handed down rings, necklaces and several other pieces of jewelry. Also, having been with my husband since I was 15, I had several pieces of jewelry he had gifted me along the way. All these beautiful things sat in a jewelry box, rarely, if ever, worn. I thought to myself, “someday” I’d like to have one ring created with all these beautiful stones, using the gold, so I could carry all the precious memories with me. The problem was, I didn’t trust anyone enough to give them my items.

My husband’s 50th birthday came and myself and our children bought the Harley he had wanted for years. I told him he had 2 years to figure out where and when I would have my ring made for my 50th birthday and the same year also being our 30th anniversary. Kill two birds with one stone! (Or several stones;) That year came and went because we couldn’t agree on who would make the ring. Then a couple more years….Finally, we visited Paris the Jeweler…and then several other places…but I just wasn’t sold. Another year passed…Everyone we sat down with just didn’t get what I was wanting. I needed a designer and I kept coming back to my time with Paris. I wanted classy, but over the top, Extra, cause I’m a little extra…🤷🏼‍♀️ I wanted something no one else would have. I didn’t want my stones dumped into a set that looked like something everyone else wore. During a conversation with some good friends from work, they mentioned using Paris the Jeweler to reconstruct some jewelery and they were very pleased. Thats what I needed, confirmation! We made an appointment and met with Paris, a designer, and within a couple months and some texting back and forth…I finally, have my ring! My husband says, show em’ your Harley honey…cause they have about the same value😂!

I randomly decided to stop into Paris The Jeweler while shopping for an engagement ring and could not be happier with the outcome. Before this I had been doing quite a bit of research and online browsing trying to find the perfect ring. Paris and his family are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They did not push me to buy anything that I was not 100% set on. I returned 3 different days to look and talk to Paris about different concerns that I had while searching for a ring. When i did find a style that I liked I pointed out that my girlfriend was allergic to nickel, which is used in white gold and she happens to be allergic to, and that I could not afford platinum. He told me about an alloy called continuum silver which was beautiful and resembles white gold without nickel. However, the particular ring that I liked was not available in this metal. With that being said he offered to have the ring custom made in continuum silver and have the gemstone that I had brought in set into the ring. I am sure this was more of a task since the gem I had was a different size than the original ring was intended for, so the ring had to be completely adjusted to make it look appropriate. The finished product was spectacular and my fiance and I could not be happier. I will definitely be recommending Paris to my friends and family and returning for any of my purchases...

The experience I had with Paris was one to remember. If you’re looking for that family-oriented, client first, won’t stop until you’re absolutely in love with your purchase experience than you should call no one but Paris. The attention to detail, product knowledge and the no pressure feeling I received was all that I could ever ask for. I always felt that there’d be some pressure with a sale of an engagement ring since everyone is trying to sell a ring but not the experience. Paris and his family are all about the experience and the warmth of their hello as soon as you walk through the door makes you think you’re not just another dollar sign. There was never a time they weren’t smiling to put me at ease, asking if I needed anything and actually took the time to get to know me. It wasn’t just business but a start of a relationship that will continue. I’ll definitely be going to Paris for wedding bands, gifts and I’ll be referring any and all of my friends and family to him. I brought my fiancé in to have the ring slightly adjusted to her finger size and Paris’s father did that in minutes. When you’re a master of your craft for so many years it allows a customer like myself to put that trust out there knowing the finished product will be perfect.
