Midtown District — Attraction in Grand Forks

The grand cities mall in Grand forks was one of the busiest malls in it's day. It has gone through some tough times but has always endured. Lately some new life is coming back into the malls spaces. My favorite is the antique mall inside the mall itself if you want to find all kinds of old and rare items take a look there. They literally have anything you can think of. I can spend hours just looking around at all the neat items they have. Kmart, ace hardware, the Christian bookshelf, rumors, and not to overlook joy and the girls at cost cutters are my usual places to go. But there are many other smaller shops that have service's of all kinds and if you are looking to find for a place to worship there are two church's located at the grand cities mall. Well it's a far cry from the 1970's when we went up to the pit to play video games and foosball and the plaza twin theaters where I saw starwars for the first time but there are some nice shops which offer a dynamic range of items and service's, have...

This is now the biggest mall in Grand forks and it’s not really a mall it’s more set up like the church class rooms and the churches own little DMV office, gun shop, nature food store, bar and grill, and children place area and hardwood store and also an international store these some other places in there as well like hair salon but only for white folks hair not hair like mine. And the best thing about this place it they have a radio and podcast stating location inside this area that host a pod cast called mixed culture with 2 African American/ black/ indigenous persons hosting the show. I would not call this place a mall in any aspect unless you want stores that have no meaning to you because there are no stores left and it's been like that for years this mall is known for being a place to walk and get exercise because there's absolutely nowhere to shop and most of the buildings are empty and gone but that's Grand forks for you boring boring and more boring. I really don't know why people come here from Canada or wherever they come from because there's nothing to do and it's been like that for a long time and if I could move out of here or I would not heartbeat like other...
