The actual throwing of axes was fun. The rest was not. Called on January 13th to make reservations that night, was told totally booked for a party. No problem. Called January 14th for reservations, was told to make them online. No problem. Made reservations. Got there with a party of 16 and was told should have called and made reservations. We were given one small spot for all 16 of us and instead of being charged per target we were charged per person. Including kids not really capable of throwing. Interrupted only to be chastised and criticized by staff for not throwing properly. When going to check out, while being charged hundreds of dollars, the very first words spoken to me directly by staff were “your group was rude”. Not really sure what to say about that. The actual axe throwing though the kids seemed to enjoy.
Update for owner: I was not surprised you were busy, I was surprised I was told go ahead and bring everybody precisely because you were so busy. I was surprised your initial employee mentioned to us a group discount and then gave us none. I’m surprised you would use the word lying as I didn’t speak to anybody directly at all - not until paying. Sure we crossed the red line. Instead of a several minute condescending lecture about the rules a “watch the red line” might have been better. I’m sure you have video reference. Perhaps you should refer to it. If you do not have space for a large group just say...

Read moreVery disappointed thought we had booked an afternoon of fun with our granddaughters instead nobody showed up for our time. Very hard to communicate with and get details and thought it was booked through our emails. And finally a response after waiting in our car for 45 minutes I didn't get an actual apologie I get this (Well please pass along my apologies to the kiddos. They will not have as much fun anywhere else in town unfortunately. Have a great day!) Just FYI we had a wonderful time at GI Escape and Pete's Safari and Westside Bowl and Big Red Treats and was treated with respect and...
